USA, Canada / Car Export from USA / Canada to Poland [30]

hello,
I bought a damaged vehicle from the auction and Im planing to send it to Europe. I was told that I ll need to provide a registration upon custom in Europe, At the registry i was informed that vehicle needs to pass inspection where I would like to send a damaged vehicle. Would you know how to handle this situation ?
