Law / Early termination of the contract for internet in Poland [2]

Hello guys
I m moving out from my flat,where I still have a valid contract for internet with Netia.After 1 year,I would like to terminate this contract,due to the fact that I need to change the apartment.At the new location,Netia is not present,so I need to find a different operator.I wrote to Netia,and they are asking me to pay 720 pln,as a few,for the remaining period.They are right?I haven't found anything about that in the contract.Polish law is on their side? European Union law is also on their side?I had a promotion I think of one month free,so they didn't have me any amazing smartphone for 1 zl.Im their client for more than 4 years,but from current contract passed only one year, because I didn't know how to prolong it,and made a new one.I really don't wanna pay 720 zl for nothing.

I don't have any disciplinary issues.Anyway thanks for help ,but you are not answering to my questions.If you have 15 lawyers inside a company,and no clear evaluation related with their performance,which one you will fire if you have economic problems (also which must be proofed).Please answer me which lawyer you will fire,

I already have a new job,and I'm not interested to have a contact with my previous employer.I don't need to ask why,I don't want have contact with them.I only asked people here ,if in Poland its normal fire anyone when you want ,giving 3 months notice period +3 months compensation.In my country,for a similar case,employer was forced by court to hire back this person,and give salaries for 2 years period,when court decision was mqde.

You have let's say 15 lawyers in a company.Due to the economic reasons you are firing one of them.That one shouldn ask himself "why me"?aWhat are the criteria of making difference between those people?What kind of discrimination?I don't know,maybe nationality?

Hello guys,
I'm living in Poland for more than 10 years,and I was working during this period only for one company. 2 months ago,in may 2020,my boss informed me,that due to the economic reasons,they need to fire me.He asked me to sign a common agreement,where it was mentioned that working contract between me and company will finish in 3 months,and I will receive 3 months salary + another 3 months compensation.On this paper also was written that I have 2 weeks to go to a Labour Court if I have any problems.My question is now:is it legal what they did?how they made the difference between me and other employees?it's a company with more that 500 employees.Is it a good deal 6 salaries,or I should fight in court for a higher compensation? thanks in advance:)

There is also a different way of thinking ,just look at opinion of @cargo pants terrible way of thinking..I n also renting an apartment in my city,and I had similar situation,but we are humans,not animals..

@cargo pants I'm curious what you can get after 2years of trials from a guy who is already in different country,and has no accounts in Poland

Anyway,If I don't pay ,I cannot be evacuated right,?so if owner knows that ,maybe he will give me money back,to escape of me..I know evacuation is a long process..Just asking.. theoretically I'm not look for problems, just want my money back,and pay for time I'm staying in house,and pay for water which I'm using me, not others..

Also,I m interested to find some reasons to terminate the contract.The fact that almost every morning from toilet ,come a stinky , terrible smell can be a reason?or the fact that I'm living at last level and have some big roof windows, without any blinds or folia,and owners asked me to buy blinds if I want..lately we had only sunny days,I completely destroyed my long sleeping habits ๐Ÿ˜…

Hello,
My case it's simple.
I have an fixed term renting contract for a flat,for 1 year. Contract was signed 6 months ago.
Last month I was fired from my work ,during existing epidemic situation,after beeing in this company for long time.
Under this situation, of course I want to return to my country,finding a similar job,will not be easy.
So,I want to terminate the contract as fast as possible,and /or maybe recover my warranty,paid ,due to the fact that I didn't destroy anything on that house.

In contract it's nothing about earlier termination of the rent.
Can you tell me clear,what it's best solution for me?
Of course ,owner of house want me to pay one extra month +warranty ,and me to go out at end of month๐Ÿ˜
