Real Estate / Landlord in Poland - tenant laws, statue of limitation [26]

termination of the lease without notice, followed by further legal steps. It is best to refer the matter to a lawyer to check the contract and handing over the apartment in the presence of witnesses. If the case is in Warsaw, I can help. if other city I have to check if i know someone worth recommending

Real Estate / Bank repossessed properties database in Poland? [15]

finally an interesting thread :). Banks, as someone wrote earlier, do not take over real estate. It is not profitable for them and they prefer to forward the case to court and bailiff at all costs than to communicate with the borrower. There is exactly one real estate office that receives directly real estate from banks. Feel free to contact if someone is looking for an interesting property to buy, but for now it is only in Warsaw

Real Estate / Getin Noble Bank / Dombank - it is possible to cancel mortgage agreement in CHF? [41]

loan agreement analysis is free, remuneration is a percentage as a success fee. there is not tons of paper work, only two pages of POA, the rest of the work is doing me and legal firm. you are wrong. people are winning and the first case which start everything is Mr Dziubak case. you should hear it. the legal firm also has a winning case. this is first instance, but win is a win

@cms neuf
You are wrong a little, just use a google to see the increasing number of trials, especially individual cases in which the court decides in favor of clients in higher and higher instances. Polish customers using this option is mass, and I just wonder what about the rest of clients / foreigners. I just want to create the first group of such clients, about 10-20 people, especially against getin noble bank.
