Can I submit an application to invite a foreigner to Poland to the voidvoship office by mail?



I want to submit an application to invite a foreginer to Poland in summer, the thing is it needs 30 days for them to process it if it is sent by mail and immediately if we go to the office and since now the office closed all face to face meetings, is there a way I can apply for the application visa post office?

If I want to open a business there, can anyone help me know more about how I can Acquire a permanent residence and maybe even a citizenship on the long run?

I've heard If I had a good business that affects polish economy in a positive way, I would be able to get residence immediately? or after 5 years?

I have visited Poland a while ago, some of them seems very friendly and some of them seems to look at you in a different way ( I am not sure whether it is because I am a foreigner or just because different culture )

Also Call centars and customer support seems to be lacking work, I have tried many times to get in contact with support in Poland however it feels like the support is not as effective as it should be
