Food / Vodka for a Polish Wedding [40]

Thank you to all for your comments. In the end, I sampled a broad selection of vodka tonight and based on taste, and bottle look, we have decided on Biały bocian. I'm quite drunk now. The sampling has taken its toll! Seriously though bialy bocian was the nicest. Smooth and no bad after taste. Only remaining test is the morning after!

Food / Vodka for a Polish Wedding [40]

Hello everyone,

Hoping I can get a few opinions on a suitable wedding vodka as I am getting married in Kraków next year. I've been told that tax increases from Jan 1st so looking to buy before that.

I wouldn't be a seasoned vodka drinker so not overly familiar with what's good and bad. I've tasted the likes of Zubrowka, Wyborowa, Pan Tadeusz, but brands like Bialy Bocian have been mentioned to me but with mixed reviews.

Basically I'm looking for something that isn't ridiculously priced, but also doesn't kill my guests!

Thanks

Love / Recommendations for live wedding bands in different cities in Poland. [36]

Hi everyone,
I am getting married near Kraków in the next year or so, and I am finding it difficult source a highly recommended bilingual wedding band that would suit a Polish/Irish crowd. It seems most bands are around the 5000-6000pln price but I am willing to go above this. Would anyone have any recommendations for a band to fire out the usual wedding hits from the 80s/90s & Polish greats!?

Thanks.
