Question about ZUS calculation

Hi, I'm looking for a payroll advise. I'll start a new job on 19th but finish the old one on 28th. Should I pay tax, ZUS, etc twice for the overlapping period? Or is it possible to opt out ZUS from the gross-net calculation?
