Work / Masters in Poland, Work, Residence permit.. [3]

Hello all! I have few questions that i think you can answer or somehow show me a better perspective or path to follow.

I am from Turkey and I studied translation and interpretation in English and I was an Erasmus student in Torun. I also had my internship at Kozminski University in Warsaw. Well you have all guessed by now yes i have a Polish girlfriend and we have been together for a while now which is over 4 years. Obviously, I want to relocate and see how it goes for me in Poland. I know it is hard and i have tried to apply for some jobs and I had really good interviews but they all ended up being negative in the end. I speak some Polish, i can more or less get by in Poland myself. I have been in Poland many times so I am familiar with the culture too. What I want to ask you guys is how can i get my foot in the door in Poland ? what is the best way ? what are the possibilities of getting a scholarship for doing masters or funding masters in exchange of work for the university ? Can i apply for a temporary residence permit via my girlfriend ? Well that is all in general and i guess you will understand what i am trying to ask... will be waiting for your answers.
