Real Estate / Permit to purchase land [NEW]

Has anyone here gone through the process of getting permission to purchase land (zezwolenie na nabycia nieruchomości) and can describe what it entails? I've read the official version but am getting wildly varying information on how long it takes (between 2 months (Polish gov site) to 3 months (financial advisor) to 1 year (notary)).

Apparently now that I'm not longer an EU citizen (Brexit) I can't just buy land any more (the place I'm interested in is pełna właśność.) until I've had permanent residence for five years. This despite the fact that I'm covered by the withdrawal agreement, which states that UK citizens should get equal treatment as EU citizens...

Real Estate / Purchasing apartment in the Polish border region as a foreigner [10]

the brexit agreement could be used to argue that in fact we don't

Were you able to purchase property in the end, either with or without a permit? I'm trying to buy a house, and having been told at the urząd that I should be treated as an EU citizen in all matters I'm considering arguing the point on having to get the permit to purchase land. If there is by now a precedent for doing so, I'd love to have the details.

Merged: Flat to Rent in Targówek, Warsaw

Next week I'm moving out of a two-bed flat in Targówek, Warsaw. The landlady has been nice so I offered to mention it here to help her find another tenant. The rent is 1650 zl / month + bills (190-300). Refurbished kamenica near Toruńska train station. 50m2. As I say, the landlady is no-fuss and hasn't minded letting to foreigners. If anyone's looking for a place in Warsaw, I can recommend it.
