Thanks for your time and Response in addressing my query, I am expecting somewhere around 15-18K the employer would be arriving. How about the place Katowice, I have not heard someone discussing about this city in the previous discussions. Based on my discussion with the employer, I need to bear the expenses towards the work permit visa processing expenses. is it OK to take the opportunity.

I have been going through the thread and would like to put my query here, My Name is Karthik, I am planning to move to Poland for new job in Katowice. As a part of Salary Negotiation, How much I can ask the employer to live a decent life in Poland. my current gross monthly pay in India after converting to Poland currency is around 12000 Zloty, I have around 10 years of experience and the position being offered is Technical SME, we are currently 2 persons, How much Pay can I negotiate considering all the deductions say taxes, insurance etc.,
