Real Estate / Apartments in Poland - do they allow pets? [3]

Many owners of flats write in their ads if if they allow pets or not. However, not mentioning pets in advertisement does not mean pets are allowed. My suggestion is to ask every owner of flat that you like directly. It will help you to avoid misunderstanding.

Language / Help with Polish handwriting translation, please. [14]

Bronek is usually name Bronisław. I assume it is a little bit hard to pronounce it. Maybe this is why he was called Bruno. But in fact Bronislaw and Bruno are totally different names.

Surname Ziemer sounds a bit German but there are many surnames like this in Poland so it may really be the same as you know it.

are 'Wójkowi' and 'zasyłam' names?

wojkowi- to/for uncle
zasylam- i am sending ( today we say "przesylam")

It will all be:

First sentence:
"I am sending my picture (portrait) to my brother Bronek for his birthday"

Second sentence:
Łódź 1/23/1950 (?)
I am giving this picture from second grade as a souvenir to my beloved aunt and uncle.

Law / Polish Visa, Work Permit, Residency for Spouse of Polish Citizen [69]

I would like to know what are you chances to get to Poland when freshly married to a Polish man.

There are chances as you are already wife of Polish citizen. You just need to submit all required documents. The most important thing is that your marriage has to be registered in Poland and you have to have Polish Marriage Certificate ( it is valid only for 3 months).

Law / Buying work visa for Poland [16]

Childrem nurseries are HEAVILY regulated in Poland, and to have all licences will take an incredible high amount of time

It is true. You also have to remember that there are a lot of private nurseries and places of daycare in Poland so she will also have to focus a lot on marketing and ideas how to gain parents' trust.

Law / Buying work visa for Poland [16]

"You do not get a 'working visa' and then look out for work in Poland"
Exactly! You can apply for work permit when you already have an employer who wants to hire you. Buying it is illegal.

Regarding staying in Poland for 2 extra years and getting citizenship - it is not so easy even for spouses of Polish citizens. In a nutshell: after getting visa you may apply for temporary residence permit, later there is permanent residence permit and when you are in Poland based on this document for at least 3 years (there are exeptions) you may apply for Polish citizenship. You also need to speak Polish and pass exam of Polish language (at least level B1).
