Law / Lost my work permit in Poland - How do I get a duplicate? [4]

Bad things happen. Lost my work permit while in Poland.
Currently have national visa type D.
How do I get a duplicate?
And one more question.
Tomorrow I'm going on a business trip (Germany). Will that be a problem in the airport?
