Law / Advice needed on why my Poland National Visa D has been refused? [49]
Are you the one who applied for it ?! .. strange as the process i know is that the employer apply for the work permit for as it should be signed from organization in Poland i don't remember its name.

check again all requirements like bank statement and your qualifications, is the inviting company reputable in Poland ? .. you need to ask yourself all questions,

From the quote it seems that the issue is with your work permit ..check list of papers required from embassy website, may be you missed something. where are you from ?
you did not justify the purpose and conditions of the travel

i've checked the required documents needed with the work permit to apply for work visa, i have the following questions:
what should be the period covered with this document.
should it be round trip booking ? or only the booking of flight to poland.
what should be the period of accommodation booking ?
Still no reply ?? is it unknown issue :)

In fact you cannot get a work permit anywhere: only an employer can apply for a work permit

i think it's not possible to issue the work permit yourself from morocco, i think they meant the visa after you receive the work permit and visa here as i know is not issue.
