Merged: Do I, as a non EU holder of a Polish residence card, need permission to work in Sweden?

i am non EU family member of Eu notional and i am holding residence card of Poland ,We both looking to move Sweden for work ,do i have permission for work there or have to apply some where..Thank you!!
