Life / Polish cycle sites to report possible stolen bikes [10]

Thanks for the replies guys. Now I know that I should have used a stronger lock, or even 3 locks. I was just too stupid to imagine a bike being stolen in broad daylight where hundreds of people are moving around. I filed the police report yesterday, but I don't know if they have ever recovered a bike. I'm printing some flyers to post up around where it was stolen with a picture of the bike, maybe it's still in the neighborhood. Posting on the facebook page 'Spotted Warszawa' was also suggested, which I'm going to do.

Someone from another forum suggested trying the Giełda Samochodowa (car exchange), which i checked and is in Białołenka, saying that in Szczecin that's where most bikes would end up. I don't know about Warsaw. Do you think it's a good idea?

Merged: Bike stolen today near Metro Służew in Warsaw

Hey guys, didn't exactly know where to post this, and what difference it will make. I had parked my bike right outside "Land" shopping center at 8:30 and when I returned to get it at 11 am it was gone. It was tied to the bike racks with a cable lock (I know, useless). I'm filing the police report tonight.

It is a Mongoose bike, Fire Comfort model. Looks exactly like this one in the picture, but with black fenders. It's easy to spot due to the red/golden frame. The front and rear wheels are different (the rear one is Schwalbe, front I don't remember). There was also a basket-holder attached at the front and a red back-light.
