Law / Working in EU countries and in UK with Poland's Residence Card (Karta Pobytu)? [51]

Thanks for the reply Harry. Not sure about the tax issue yet. I have plans to join a lawyer friend here in Warsaw for drinks to discuss just this type of stuff this sunday. I assume all countries involved will be looking for their cut. I need to read up on the tax treaty situation between the UK and Poland, and how it relates to me. Considering I already have to file taxes in 2 countries I really don't need the tax issue to be any more of a burden to me.

I would really like to take the job... I am so sick of teaching Engrish I could scream. I'm just not a teacher at heart.

Law / Working in EU countries and in UK with Poland's Residence Card (Karta Pobytu)? [51]

Merged: Karta Pobytu Question (is it legal to work from another EU country?)

Hello, I'm an American expat living in Warsaw. I'm Married to a Polish citizen and have recently received my 10 year Karta Pobytu. Can anyone tell me if it is legal for me to work for a company from another EU country that does business here in Poland. All of the actual work would take place here in Poland and they would be paying me in EUROS deposited to my Polish bank account.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer on this subject.
