Had the same thoughts myself. Not much left in Blighty now. I've seen a few 4 wheel drives in the forests but I guess if the rozzers catch you it's going to be expensive.

ive visited some beautifull forests near lodz, which i believe are probably government owned , lots of clear pathways , no people around -looks just great for a bit of off road motorcyling.
on some bylanes in the uk - you can do just that , how does it work in poland?

Life / Where to buy a clothes dryer in Poland? [16]
I guess I wasn't clear that I am looking for the exhaust type (wywiewna?) or as the guy at RTV called it ewakuacyjne.
The condensing ones that seem prevalent are just heated spin cycles and not worth the energy spent.
I found one for 500 PLN which is suspiciously cheap.

Does anyone have a clothes dryer? Where did you get it (imported or found local?) how do you run it (LPG, electric?) and how much did/does it cost you?

Does any one know where it is legal to collect firewood, or if I can get a permit?
I have a national forest across the street, and often see buraks out there loading dead and downed wood onto horse carts. The in-laws tell me its illegal.
There is alot of logging slash out there that I would like to go pick up.

Law / Firewood in Poland - what was the price per cubic metre? [3]
I paid 160 for 3 month seasoned hardwood mix (beech, oak, birch) delivered and dumped in the yard. It burns, but needs something more seasoned to keep it going.
