Lebanon is not usually considered offshore but it is international.
In another country the local branch of the Lebanese country would be taxed on all its income from where it operates, which is likely to happen with Polish operations.

If you are not Polish, I would suggest working at a restaurant first to see how reality works. As for Caribbean, I heard of Salsa Libre at Solec 38 which may be a club or restaurant.

I read several recommendations for the Millenium bank and their branch with English-speaking staff. Do they or another Polish bank also have e-banking in English? It seems the ones who have e-banking work only in Polish.
