Po polsku / Pracujecie w sklepach w Irlandii itd? Mówicie po polsku z Polakami? [6]

Lots of those alleged "world's most beautiful women" in that video, isn't there?

Mind you... those gay moustaches on the blokes are no better! lol

and has had her Polish accent visibly influenced by English.

Raczej, Irlandzka odmiana języka angielskiego ;)

Love / Is it wrong for Polish girls to kiss boys before marriage ? [31]

she told me that she kissed a few boys in the club but only kiss(never tuching or sex...etc)she says she just wanted have boyfriend all life but because of she was a bit fat she couldnt have any boyfriend ever. she say she never made any mistake even before me.she didnt have sex or any sexual things and she wanted keep herself for special person who ll be her husband.

Lol, and you believed all this?? :)

This has got to be a troll.

You're being ridiculous! Have you confessed about how many women you slept with, before meeting her?

This.

But remember, he's a Kurd - that sort of thing only works one way ;) He can do whatever HE likes, but SHE has to do what he says; it always works like that with these insecure types.

Love / Polish women are the most beautiful in the world! [1718]

The only reason this thread gets so much attention is because Polish people are the main commenters

There are hardly any Polish people on this forum, you pr*ck.

History / Why have Poles contributed so little to Academics? (Particularly Science) [180]

It is truly an amazing thing that Jews chose to live there because it was so bad.

Based on what all the kosher restaurants round here serve, it must have been the food. :D

Funnily enough, if Poles hate Jews so much, why do they continue to insist on living in the largely Jewish area where I live? There's plenty of other places they could live instead. Or are all the claims about "Jew-hating" Poles not quite as true as people make out on here? ;) They could easily live in the adjoining Muslim or English areas and save even more money, but no... they live amongst the people they "hate" instead. Something not quite right there ;)

Who do you mean by Polish Jews? What achivements you are talking about?

A starting point is here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Polish_Jews

Your post is useless as it's statement without any information.

Nowhere near as useless as cowards who troll under "Guest" names.

It is true they never kiss on the first date.

But that's because you only go with Polish prostitutes.

Every Polish woman I've dated has kissed on a first date. Come to think of it, so has every woman I've ever dated - except a Jewish one.

big

Are you sure about this one? lol :D

So what was you point about Jewish superiority in science?

Yet out of the three Polish names you pointed out, one has a clearly Jewish surname :D

I wouldn't be at all surprised to discover that there are some Jews amongst those other Slavic and Germanic surnames as well.

UK, Ireland / What do you like about living in Britain? [134]

POLISHFORUMS IN INTERESTING THREAD SHOCKER :)

Wow, something worth replying to at last :D

im not a massive fan of british cuisine. i think its bland and boring. prefer the more exotic stuff. Indian food is my favorite by far!

Indian food is hardly "exotic" in the UK, it's been all over the place for decades. Paleolithic food is the new curry ;)

ish and chips.. bah only sometimes, but it's usually chinese people in some ****** run down chip shop doing the cooking and it aint great!

You wouldn't expect Polish people to make decent Indian food, so why expect the Chinese to make decent English-style fish and chips?

yeah, although many people say that British food is no good, I fell in love with Shepard's pie and a proper baked potato with cheese and beans :)

It's a strange one. Even I'll admit that most British food isn't exactly gourmet food, yet British food is one of the things I would miss most about this country:

Haggis
Fish and chips
West Midlands faggots and peas
Bury black pudding
Chorley and Eccles cakes
London pie, mash, eels and liquor
Melton Mowbray pork pies
HP sauce

I imagine that what we take for granted over here, would be exactly what I would miss most if I moved to somewhere where it wasn't available.

english breakfast is a direct attack on liver and pancreas. horror.

Whereas a plate of pierogi covered in okrasa is of course really healthy... :p

UK, Ireland / Is moving to UK now a good idea? - antipolish prejudice of the Brits [231]

oh hello? sweeping generalisation anyone? and you're calling ME ignorant?

I've lost count of the number of times that a clearly intelligent/educated poster has been called "ignorant" or something similar on PF ;)

Mind you... generalisation is to Polishforums as sleaze is to British politics, so I'm not surprised at that either lol.

RevokeNice, you're talking bs

Everyone's "favourite" sectarian usually does. Especially as he always seems to conveniently forget that the Irish were the original "Poles", immigration-wise ;) *

*DISCLAIMER. Just in case a few yogurt-knitting leftie-liberals get "upset" by this comment, I wish to emphasise that I have absolutely NO problem with Ireland or the Irish, just with trolls ;)

I don't think anyone read what he wrote and interpreted it as him expecting it. Merely disappointed that it has come to that (in his experience).

Well, it could be either I suppose ;)

When I was living there, what I liked most was being able to strike up a conversation with anyone at anytime anywhere.

Fair point. However, I've also found this in Wroclaw and Prague, but definitely not in Paris, Rome, Milan, Hong Kong or Warsaw :)

I like the temperature - one type of clothes all year round

Are you sure you live in the UK?? ;)

muuuuuuuuuuuuuch less stresful lifestyle

What?? You must be joking. Where on earth do you live? It can't be in a large city.

a chance to learn English the way people speak and not the one a school teaches you( I know, it's not always a good thing),

Indeed. You kno dat we chat differently pon road and ting you get me blud ;)

We do not expect to live long.

The strange thing is, everyone I knew/know who lived or lives like this, seems to have lived at least into their late 70s! :D

But these are great!

boiled beef (usually brisket with cabbage)

You're Polish, but you're complaining about cabbage? :D

I agree with tripe, though. Polish or English recipe, I wouldn't touch it if you paid me to. Ugh.

Love / Google: Polish women "easier" than English women - official! [52]

A completely tongue-in-cheek thread, definitely not intended to offend Polish women (I love 'em!), but it's funny what you can find on Google :)

As you can probably tell, I was trying to find out how much the easyBus to Gatwick Airport costs.

So I decided to search for something else "easy".

Does auto-complete lie? Or is google just an anti-Polish conspiracy?

Interestingly enough, doing the same search, but changing "Polish" to other nationalities, gives surprising results.

English women: none (!)

Chinese and Filipina women: one.

Zimbabwean, Austrian, Argentinian, Italian, Serbian and Lebanese: none.

But only Polish women get two :D

However, (and few PF readers will be surprised by this), but when you type "Easy Pakistani w ", you get "easy visa for pakistani which country" and nothing else!! lol

Yeah but that's just Polish men who still think that having a Wałęsa moustache is manly, but can't understand why it doesn't appeal to Polish women any more ;)

The women southern allegedly "dates" = easy.

The women I date = not easy.

Simples! :)

I am serious about the pickled eggs though
years later they are banging on about them

I can imagine. I've never dared try one. They just seem "wrong" somehow.

but still they are not as bad as toad in the hole, that really is nasty

So you don't like Yorkshire pudding, or sausages?

I've only ever had a home-made toad in the hole (my mum's, and mine). Mine's great - I make great gravy to go with it too. I expect that a ready-made supermarket version would be pretty awful though. Like my bigos, really - which is naturally a secret recipe, and better than everyone else's, of course; but the ready-made stuff in jars is inedible.

I was shocked when I saw in England a man wearing flip-flops in November. In Poland he would be taken either for an extreme weirdo or for a homeless who can't afford a proper pair of shoes..

That's just lazy.

In some (chavvy) parts of the UK, women go shopping in nighties, pyjamas and slippers. That's far worse than flip-flops. Talk about no dignity.

News / Polish hero pilot lands 767 without wheels. (Warsaw) [191]

I've applauded the quality of LOT pilots on here several times before, but that doesn't seem to matter to American idiots who like moaning about the food, or love complaining about customer service because they wouldn't change their non-refundable ticket.

I know which I would rather have - you can't eat a gourmet sandwich in hell :D

and for there to be no injuries

The report states that one person was taken to hospital, but that's still not much. Bet there's lots of bruised LOT-hating American egos though :)

News / Polish hero pilot lands 767 without wheels. (Warsaw) [191]

I'm convinced that LOT pilots are actually very very well trained.

I'm sure they'll be along soon to complain about something LOT-related :)

You've got to love some of the idiotic reporting, though...

It comes as Sky News revealed nearby Russia was one of the least safe places to fly

What on earth has that got to do with this crash?? lol :D

One person is absolutely nothing given the circumstances, and they could easily have injured themselves on the slides (common, apparently).

That'll be it. Fat American bounces off the slide and injures elbow :)

UK, Ireland / What do you like about living in Britain? [134]

i am trying not to laugh because this must have been a common event at one time. .

i think it's because wearing skimpy tops and short skirts is considered "dressed" (yeah I know, what's the difference between a skimpy top and just a bra... lol), whereas wearing pyjamas isn't really "dressed". i suppose it's because peope tend not to wear underwear underneath pyjamas and nighties lol. It is strange that exposing less flesh is considered "undressed", but that's the way it is here I suppose... lol.

Oh, and back on topic: I forgot Christmas pudding and mince pies. I've already had three Christmas puds and a couple of dozen mince pies and it's only 1st November lol :D

There are two Englands, London and the English Countryside.

What?? Do you work for the BBC or something?

What about urban England outside London? Let's face it, that's where most of England's population live, believe it or not.

And the second thing about England that I love, the English woman. Bright, literate and witty. Maybe a lot of you think Polish women are much more physically beautiful but English women are a heck of a lot more fun.

There is some truth in this. Of the three most beautiful women I've dated, two were Polish. However, one was English. Unfortunately, one of my Polish girlfriends was also the fattest and least attractive of all the women I've dated (don't ask, lol), so don't believe everything you hear about Polish women. I do think that English women are a bit more easy-going and more fun than Polish women; however, in my experience, Polish women are much more likely to want to commit, so it depends on what you're looking for really.

UK, Ireland / Poles in the UK not a problem as far as i can tell [79]

There are Poles here who have lived here for 8 years, and their lack of English skills are beyond belief.

I've met Polish people who have been here for 50 years and still can't speak much English. It didn't all start in 2004, you know.

Cheeky tw@t!! ;)

I think he meant "chavvy" :)

UK, Ireland / Is moving to UK now a good idea? - antipolish prejudice of the Brits [231]

British people are seething at the numbers of poles coming in from the second world uninvited. Poland is now the most hated country in Britain by far.

Despite the fact that Poles have been here for at least 70 years, there have been significantly fewer problems with them than with certain other immigrant groups (some of whom haven't been here as long as Poles have). But do carry on believing what the tabloids tell you, won't you.

But, stop moaning about 20 % unemployment for a couple of years in Poland FFS, people in parts of Britain and the USA saw twice those numbers for 3 and 4 times as long, so yes, get over yourselves.

Exactly. I'm fed up of people putting down this country, when it has achieved an enormous amount for its size, and I particularly despise those who bite the hand that feeds. This country has been good to Poles (including my family); far better than Poland will ever be to the UK. This country owes Poland nothing, despite what some people on here seem to think.

I live near a (riot-damaged) estate which has 85% unemployment. 85% ffs!! Yet people talk about this country like the streets are paved in gold. Paved with firebombs, more like! :)

And the last time I looked, the Industrial Revolution didn't exactly start in the Slavic world ;)
