Language / "nazywam sie" to introduce yourself. [8]

"PieknE or pieknA" ? Whats the difference and how to pronounce them. Also how do you pronounce "mam na imie" ? Thanks

Can someone confirm that if you use "nazywam sie" to introduce yourself then you should give your surname but if you use "JESTEM" then you should give your first name. Also how do you pronounce "jestem" ? Thanx
