Dear Sir,
I would like introduce you myself as India chief Punjab based special in Indian dishes. I have great experience of cooking I know well vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. I have worked in Senegal and I was cooking there for a surgical company team. I have good recopies to make the food more tasty and crisp with good flavor. There are list of dishes that I can prepare for many people in a time:
Vegetarian:
· Chapattis
· Missy Roti
· Naan with and without stuffs
· Paronthi ( Allu, Gobi, masala, cheese, and more stuffs with different flavor)
· Vegetarian Soup, tomato soup
· All kinds of Daal fries and normal dals.
· Cheese tomato
· Cheese chilly
· Snacks in ( All sorts of Pakoras specially cheese)
· Rice salty, pulav with vegetarian
Special items:
Dahi bhalle, Aalu Tikki , Bread rolls.
Sweet dishes:
Besan barfi, khoya barfi, Kheer, Halwa soozi, Halwa Besan, Halwa daal
Daal Pinni, Panjeeri, Gajar pak ( gajrela), Khoya barfi.
Special intelligency: I can make chease without milk by using milk products. Witht his I can prepare sweet dish Kheer too.
Non Veg:
· Chicken gravy and fry
· Tandoori chicken
· Cream and butter chicken
· Meet curry
· Fish Pakora , fish fry, Fish with stuff south Indian
· Mutton gravy and soft
Shakes:-
· Badam Shake
· Papaya Shake
· Banana Shake
· Apple shake
· Mango Lassi
· Punjabi Lassi
