Real Estate / Purchasing an apartment in Tarnow and relocating [4]

I am in the process odf selling my house in Wisconsin. i want to relocate permanently to Poland, because i was born in Szczecin, Poland. i heard that Tarnow would be a nice city. Can someone tel me what the price would be to purchase a nice apartment or duplex.

i believe i can find something for maybe 120,000 american dollars. Would love to hear from people. I believe that Cracow would be too busy and expensive, unless there is a nice suburb there with good prices
