I greatly admire the marshal history of Poland and the bravery and patriotism of its men and woman.

Just out of interest......I am a South African and the No. 34 squadron of the SA Airforce based in Italy supported the Warsaw uprising at great personal cost.

The current SA airforce also commemorates the Katyn Memorial in Johannesburg every year.

If u r not being sarcastic, then I stand corrected. Please provide me with references as I understood that 95% of the Polish nobility was wiped out courtesy of the Sauerkraut brigade during WW2.


Excellent. More protests are required. I have been lambasted by many of my dear Polish friends for not being emotional enough about this so-called tragedy.

I dont think Kaczynski was important enough to be assasinated. Most people didnt even know he existed.
But I suspect that the Russians (who are sick of hearing about the Kattyn murders) saw this as an ideal opportunity to put one over the docile Poles.

Never trust a Russian.....history has certainly thought us that much.
