75 Years of Israel and the War - part 2 [363]
The court found South Africa's case compelling enough to describe it as plausible
Na ja....
....The ruling of the I.C.J.-which is distinct from the International Criminal Court-fell short of finding Israel guilty of having committed genocide, but such a decision could take years; South Africa had also urged the court to order an immediate ceasefire, which it did not do. (The court does not have an enforcement mechanism.)....clap clap clap
Meanwhile calls that UN bojo Guterrez for the re-funding of the UNRWA terrorists.....you know, all these boards did hold (and deserved) once alot more respect than right now!
What's more likely, is that they didn't care.
They did what the world asked of them....and look what it got them!
They made once a big error, leaving Gaza totally in arab hands! Even if they had an idea what went wrong there, what should they do? Israel got shot at from Gaza with missiles all the time....Israel build a shield, did not invade or bomb the culprits....even if they knew about the UNRWA terrorists, who would had believed them, and what could they have done?
They wanted peace so much...they even let Hamas grew....till they got to far!
I hope Israel doesn't repeat their error and does what the world and boards are asking of them....leaving Gaza again to the arabs!
