Blue-eyed, blond hair isn't characteristic only to Poles. Hell.. during the WWII, the Nazi would "select" blue-eyed, blond haired children to raise them as good Germans.

The only bears I can think of are "Coralgol" and "Mis Uszatek" . But then again, it's been a while for me..
