Real Estate / PLN 2,500 the going rate for an apartment in Poland [210]

So the average wage is close to 700 euro a month is it...well thats great to hear...Is that true?????
are the Polish the second class citizens of europe that they must pay this price and have western europeans justifyng it. I earn about 700 euro a week in Ireland and I pay the same rent as is wanted for this..

Even if you earn 2700 zloty a month how can handing over all your wages to the lanlord be justified...what a mess

Real Estate / Making an offer for Polish houses [30]

Dont check similar properties bought over the last 6 months, check prices in general over the last 6 to 10 years....get a perspective on how Fcuked up it all is over there. The is no reasonable price in property bubble. I f Polish wages triple this year well maybe then the prices might be reasonable.

Real Estate / Making an offer for Polish houses [30]

I would offer him 50 % and wait and if no reply wait a bit longer and if no reply wait a bit longer and hopefully by then he would be delighted with the 50% maybe even 30%. Or just rent and wait as gravity always wins..Buying now would not be a gamble just acute stupidity .

Or if you believe there is a buyer seller equilibrium in Poland LOL just give him 110 % and joint the rest of the herd.

Housing prices have stabilized , and soon they will grow again - convincing developers . Employees of real estate offices urge to buy and do not delude yourself into price reductions in the future. Financial advisors who are interested in selling mortgages ensure that more than a few percent reductions in housing prices will not.

Those who sell apartments on the secondary market , stubbornly maintain inflated prices , believing that someone in the end these properties will buy from them . Intending to buy an apartment postpone the decision , hoping that it will soon pay a few tens of percent less than today. Who is right ? In Poland it is a huge demand for housing , so prices will rise year on year by at least 10-15 per cent . Buy today because tomorrow will be more expensive - such slogans were recently fed . Is it really our market is so specific that we have to pay for housing as much as the people of Western Europe or the United States , although several are earning less than they?

History / DID THE COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT OF POLAND CENSOR MAIL IN AND OUT OF POLAND [29]

(Adamkamdon...) but what about dissidents and the right to privacy and civil rights etc etc etc....These orwellian soviet style acts(patriot) are an attak on democracy

surveillance and censorship work hand in hand, the distinction is blurred.. In Ireland there was section 31 and RUC /Gardai network surveillance.
I would imagine that the Stassi and co would use surveillence to detect dissidents and then concentrate on their letters and phone calls. Today it is much more advanced. They can listen in to us all.

with this google surveillence thing on the news today and with it been nothing but the tip of the tip if the iceberg i wonder how much of our elecronic mail is read and disected today.Just watched that German movie recently "other peoples lives" it took a lot of manpower for the the stassi to operate. i doubt the Bush patriot act need as much to do their massive job.

Real Estate / House prices in Poland to drop more or rise again? [228]

lol get a life will yee.
The straw men are pulling at straws now.
All i asked before i got dragged into this game was
I read in a polish language web page that the property prices are now termed as abstract since they are extremely out of reach for the vast majority of poles(old news i know). The prices are as much as 50 % below the asking prices and the bubble property holders are in denial and waiting for a miracle return of growth, so they are holding back in a big game of bluff. This link describes the bubble in the USA but its the same scam as Europe.

chrismartenson.com/crashcourse/chapter-15-bubbles

After watching this link The question is.. what happens when the bubble is not even based on the workers in the country but by Polish working for wages 5 or 6 times higher in the west. I hear that the prices are very slow to drop in the eastern part of Poland as this is where there is the highest emigration and in country's like Czech Republic the prices are crashing because they didn't have such mass migration to England and Ireland etc. Crashing back to normality for the average worker in the country.

What will happen to Poland will it stay abstract for years to come?

Im finished with this debate for now because its too dirty and i dont talk to scumbags in reality so good luck to the dirty tricks boy, .The aggression and insults coming from developers on this page is disgusting and really weird..Slan go foill! chicagoBoys. Tiocfaidh ar la

hha god yea people are loons lol i have no idea what ye are talking about but im finding it amusing. However i am aware that yee or you or two or three are preventing democratic debate on this site because it profits yee or you to maintain the nativity of buyers.

First you call me a dumb mick (oh im so insulted lol, cheap stunt)) then you tried the straw Man Argument(expert facts, disinformation) and then you resort to good old tabloid snark(accusing me of spamming while you use a load of spammers to give a democratic aura to your dis information) Its like taking away food from a cat and then he attacks with such acute aggression. Good job though! yee do on hijacking websites i must say. Conquer and divide eh and dilute the base so the viewers can no longer decipher the facts, that your tactic.. I can assure you i don't have the answers for what has happened in eastern europe ( that's why i ASKED a question twats) and what is happening to the EU right now but i am sitting right now in my PJ s in the middle of Ireland on the shores of the majestic shannon and i have one body and one mind i am just me. I am not one of yee hire spamming boys for the fat developer of uncontrolled capitalism who brought this country and maybe the EU to its feet. I love healthy debate but not DIRTY TRICKS.

Life / What's wrong with you, Polish people - is it an inferiority complex? [123]

The Poles were seen as the disputed bride of the two big powers on both sides since ever and then they get plunged into the web of the soviets. If you look back in history the jews went to the east because they were bet out of the then bigoted west. The poles were victims of constant brutality so l think they have need for our understanding not slagging..

Ah well you know what they say an idiot is born every second. I'm sure your idiot buyers(if not fictional) had plenty of factual stats from the experts to justify their decision.

Ireland is far too cold for a tent but I know a lot of people up to their eyeballs in negative equity who would glad-fully risk a winter in a tent if it meant getting the banker-developer gun from their head....But its nice to hear that you are advising them on the logical alternative fair play to you MR developer your a heart of gold lol.

Real Estate / House prices in Poland to drop more or rise again? [228]

It scares me that in this day and age people can still be manipulated by a few cliches(rent money is dead money etc etc). I understand that coercive advertisement is all about looking for some sucker to empty his pockets, but to agree to enter a life of super inflated mortgage slavery, so some some gangster banker-developer can change his Mercedes-Benz S-Class every year because he his sick of the color, this is scary. I know people who put more thought into getting a laptop than they did into the bubble house they bought. People did not even know that there was a bubble, they were more interested in Posh And Becks,Desperate Housewives and the bubbles on Scarlett Johansson (technologies of distraction). When someone like David Mcwilliams(prophets of Doom) was on TV or writing books about the inevitable coming crises they all(buyers) just transcended him in order to remain focused on their blind submission to the dominant cultural view perpetrated by the status quo and its business interests.

Real Estate / House prices in Poland to drop more or rise again? [228]

There are plenty of article about prices going down and they have been discussed already.
The same was here in Ireland at the start, independent journalist could talk about the drop in prices but the government lackies where like the guys in the Albert Camus novel denying that the plague had started. The ESRI and all the experts were constantly releasing statistic facts about the health of Irish property and economy just like they are now releasing sh1te about how the recession will end by the end of 2011 or beginning of 2012.Poland is a lot different as its property market is not based on the Polish economy.

My question as stated already was simply...
I hear that the prices are very slow to drop in the eastern part of Poland as this is where there is the highest emigration and in countrys like Czech Republic the prices are crashing because they didnt have such mass migration to England and Ireland etc. Crashing back to normality for the average worker in the country.

The internet especially in the english language is absolutely full of sights stating that the property in Poland is strong and still showing signs of growth and this is all backed by stats from reliable experts with government blessing. The chicago boys are strong into polish property.

Real Estate / House prices in Poland to drop more or rise again? [228]

A mate of mine who is a journalist for a local newspaper in the lovely land of saints and scholars told me that sponsors for the paper would pull out if they printed the facts about the property bubble bursting. So they all went along with the scam and only printed lies to maintain the illusion. Now that it is burst and splattered all over the land they are all printing story's about how fcuked up everything is and how nobody saw it coming. The bubble in Poland is a lot worse than anything here but there are some who wouldn't notice a bubble even if their dumb ass was submerged in a bubble-bath.

Real Estate / House prices in Poland to drop more or rise again? [228]

I asked a complex question straw man in relation to the Polish situation. My priorities are simple and honest unlike some lol.. I would like to purchase a property in Poland when the prices are sober again.. I will wait for the bluff to end. The prices are going down but only a mad man would buy now. I have queries as states above in previous text and I will take a jump into the dark but not in relation to buying property. There is a difference between risk and absolute stupidity. Life in Poland is hard enough never mind with the noose of super inflated mortgage around your neck for a couple of decades. Im here in Ireland with half a country in tears because they fell for the hype and spin of the vultures and their little lackies in parliament. Anyhow the way the EU is going at the moment maybe europe as a whole will be in the dark so there will be no need for me to make a jump it'll be dark already.By the way its a blip...blip blip in relation to Britain stop reading the expert opinion of tabloids lol.

Real Estate / How are Poland's properties priced? [51]

The prices of Property in Poland have absolutely nothing to do with the economy of the country.Crap little apartments in areas where there is almost zero chance of gaining employment and even if you got a job it would pay less than half of what you would get on the dole in Ireland sitting on your arse. The property is bases on the wages of Poles living outside the country and naive investors. The average property if based on Polish wages would be the prices of 2003-04 or maybe 20% more. Just look at Mandom etc etc and their prices if you want to see a big joke. Supply and demand is an issue as well with their scumbag politicions holding back development so they can leech their people dry.I think the recession will have to really really hit Europe before the property in Poland reflect its reality. As long as there are Poles in Ireland and England etc working in Mcdonalds and other sh1tholes the property will remain through the roof. The investors are now running and it is time for the Poles to refuse paying for property as if it was built with bricks of gold...Gods playground...
