Life / Prices of cars in Poland? [88]

I'd like to ship my US spec (orange turn signals)'06 Volvo from the US to Poland. I'll be living there indefinitely. How Do I go about finding out about taxes/duties and registration procedures for a non-EU expat? Thanx!
