It goes double for those of us with a Polish sirname. First thing we hear from people who see our names "Oh, so you're Polish!". We don't here "do you speak the Polish language". It's really easy to tell when someone has a Polish last name, they stand out, and people comment.

Scrappleton, my dentist is great and certainly not a rip off. I just hope dental insurance doesn't change the fact that I can afford to go. Right now, the prices are reasonable and well worth it, because your gums are healthier and teeth look and feel better after getting them cleaned. I really like it when the hygienist scrapes off the tartar. I floss and all that but sometimes tartar happens anyway. They don't scrape it off everytime. Actually, there's one tooth that always has more tartar than the others and that tooth drives me crazy. It's great when I go in for a cleaning and it gets scraped off. Well worth it.

My dentist doesn't use amalgram fillings. Here's a story from The Washington Post on the safety of amalgram fillings and what the FDA said about them. Seems the FDA considers them safe, Cheehaw, but not very safe.

My guess is, it's only a matter of time before the US places ground troops in Iraq. We do not want to risk Iran attacking the southern Arab states and others in the region. We don't want them to give depleted Uranium to Al Qaeda operatives. They must be stopped.

A multinational task force will be a presense in the region for quite sometime, despite the rhetoric you are seeing and hearing now. Of course they aren't going to go in, stay for a week and leave. Seanus, it's simple and I already told you. The world will not tolerate Iran. If they do have them, like Nomaderol thinks, they will be invaded sooner or later. Maybe so, BB, but don't be surprised if there's an invasion of Iran at some point in the future. Maybe diplomacy could work, there's still a chance on the diplomatic front.

It all depends on what Mossad has to tell us in the coming years...they will be the first to know and can report on the presence of nuklear arms. I trust in them and we should listen and act on the information they provide.

Maybe Iran will give up it's folly and work toward being a force of peace in the region? They need to realize it's a no win situation. They best cooperate and work toward being an oaisis of peace in the region.
