Homemade guacamole is the best. Or hmm, deviled eggs are usually popular at potlucks. Crabcakes, coconut shrimp, buffalo wings, 7-layer bean dip, quesadillas, etc. etc. I usually make spring rolls which are Thai, but everyone loves them :).

Almost every country (it seems like) hates Americans and has numerous jokes about us, even on this forum, but I'm not going to sit around and become bitter about it.
