How popular is doing a course e.g. business, creative, skills, by correspondence among Polish People?
Especially, if the course carried a recognised qualification by a recognised professional body?

- You go live in another country after 6 years in poland and you refuse to cross any road until the little man turns green.....even if hoards of people pass you by!!!

- You wont cross the road until the little man has turned green.
- You get a check book in the mail from your new bank, and you look at it as if it was a relic!!!

HI. i may need to give authority to someone to sign on my behalf in Poland. Does anyone know if i can give this authority from outside Poland?
I vaguely remember something about being able to do it in the polish embassy.
