Love / Polish Girls negative or positive personality trait? [267]

southern

Hey Southern, don't steal my joke :)

But indeed, you reminded me of the ones I forgot:

Swedish girls: like to get drunk on your expense (with the emphasis on EXPENSIVE), talk about sex openly and freely and are not afraid to put the deed to the word. Not very good in bed though;

Danish girls: so horny, it's disgusting, good beer drinkers, buying you loads of drinks;
Norwegian girls: are keen to show off they are rich, you get loads of free nights out (viva emancipation:) ) and are REALLY good in bed (damn, I haven't had a Norwegian girl who wasn't a goddess in bed), try to be overly smart, though.

Finnish girls: ahhw so sweet...Finnish girls, that would be nice.

really? they're mostly drunk and want to get down to business...

When they are not drunk :) And that is most of the time, that is, when you're dutch yourself.

M-G (mea culpa for this discrepancy in my previous post)

Oh.

Most German chicks that I can remember all have huge *sses and tiny b**bs. Which can be attractive, depending on your taste.

And they are masters in analysing your performance right after the sex :)
But in fact, Dutch girls are the best girls, I think. Straightforward and honest (at least as far as a woman can be honest) and no hidden layers as with some other women I know.

True, a lot of them are, but by far not all of them are. My ex-gf's *ss was certainly not round and potruding, more a weird kinda form. But heck.

I'd rather have that than them saying they like you so much, but talk bad about you behind your back. And that is what a lot of Polish girls do. They don't seem to speak their mind that often, unfortunately.

czech women

Czech women are also very liberal in the sexual department. I haven't met a Czech girl with whom I did not have sex after a few hours. With Polish girls it usually takes a while, unless she is some kind of unleashed, but then it gets kinda slutty almost immediately. Czech women are by far more like their Western sisters as far as taste in clothes is concerned. Polish girls, at least the ones I have experiences with, are way more over-the-top where clothing is concerned.

Crow

Aaargh! Don't mention that name, never refer to the one that is called Crow!

Actually, Southern, I don't like the title of this thread. Berlin vs Poznan. The German capital versus a Polish provincial town? That is a bit arrogant to make as comparison, don't you think? I think you should rename the title to Berlin vs Warzaw, two comparable cities, be it that Warzaw is the smaller one. But that is just as a besides.

In Germany I also saw interracial(german girls with Blacks or Turks) but it was not so annoying because the girl was worse looking than the guy.

Actually, I missed this remark. What the heck do you mean by this? Would it be more annoying if it was a gorgeous girl walking beside a black man or a Turk? Would that be more annoying if that same gorgeous girl walked beside any other man? True, in the Western world it's usually the fat and the ugly women who hook up with Turks, Moroccans and blacks, simply because they have no chance with normal men and these three groups are always willing. And besides, black men seem to have a preference for women with a "little extra", I have noticed. Ghetto booty or something. Anyway, that's their choice, thank God not mine :)

I suppose you mean they have to' sing for their supper'

I don't think she means that, but if it's the, say 20th time you meet up for dinner, and she is making a big fuss about having to pay her share, I think that is not of this time anymore, especially when she earns quite a good salary herself. Same goes for drinks, etc.

I experienced it that even after a year of dating the same girl, we went out for dinner, she ordered just about the most expensive thing on the menu and when I suggested she'd pay part of the bill, she was all upset and angry -didn't speak for days to me and her mama on the phone cursing and swearing at me that I didn't treat her daughter right. She had the nerve to say when the bill came: "you are the man and the man has to pay." Crap attitude, I think. I don't mind the first few times, but after a year...Come on...

If so, then you maybe need to change the women you date LOL or sign a pre date contract where it states categorically who pays for what on the next date........terms and conditions etc.

I personally think that if it's any time after the 5th time you meet, the tab should be shared, this is normal where I come from when the woman earns her own money. Why should I pay if she invites me to go out when she has plenty of dough herself? Why should I have to leave things because she wants to go out with me, while it doesn't cost her a penny? I am really not on the penny, but I think it's part of normal life that the woman pays as well if it's not the first few times you meet. It's just normal behaviour and doesn't need to be made ridiculous. I think many men would agree with me.

Has nothing to do with not being a gentleman or something, but everything with using the guy, especially when she makes a decent living herself.

And by the way, I agree with the fact that most Polish girls here in Dublin are maybe not slutty, but for certain "over-the-top". It's just a little too much: too wild dancing, too kitschy dressing up, too much...

M-G (likes Serbian girls though)

Slutty was not the best use of words to be honest

Well, some are just plain sluts. No matter how you turn it. But most of them are over the top, like said: dress up too kitschy, dance too wild, drink too much, etc. They are easy when drunk, hence a great deal of them are called party-wh*res and get invited very frequently for parties. Not because they are liked so much, but more as decoration. And the thing is: when in the West, they want to use all the benefits the West has to offer, but maintain a mentality that is not of this time anymore. Unless they are among Polish.

Ghee, never thought there was so much depth in prn.

I basically always thought that prn was the capture on film of male genitals entering female genitals in the most awkward positions and frequency with the ultimate goal of the male genitals ejaculating on every other spot of the female body than the place where they are suppose to ejaculate. Guess I was wrong.

M-G (looks at prn differently from now on and will try to explore the intellectual side of prn)

Love / Polish girls attitudes towards sex. [568]

Polish females and sex. Hm. I've met girlies who couldn't wait to hit the hay with you and in all their bimboness (I made up that word myself, I think) told me that a month wihtout sex was a very long time for them and I've met women who nearly got a stroke as soon as you mentioned the word. So, just like girls from all the other countries (except Brazil, maybe), it's the same with the Polish versions.

USA, Canada / Cigarettes reach nine dollars a pack in New York [82]

Over here in Ireland, cigarettes undergo an increase in price a few times per year, the past year being the worst. The brand that I smoke cost exactly a year ago € 6,95 and through several price-increases it's now € 8,15. And this is a cheaper brand. Regular brands cost by now about € 8,55 (app. 12 bucks). But as soon as the government needs more money, they probably will increase the price again. And again. They can do so under the pretence that it's bad for your health and by making it more expensive they will discourage ppl to smoke. While this is true, they just use it to get more tax-income. They need to finance the billions they promised the banks to save their *sses after scr*wing up, don't they?

you would risk getting an STD with a new partner

Good point. I use rubbers, but only when necessary. And my sexlife is not that wild that I have a new chickadee every other day, or week; not on average, for that matter. Yesterday and Saturday I was busy mixing and re-mastering the songs of the new compilation I am making. And for all that I am concerned about, I like music far better than women. Music is the perfect girlfriend anyway. It was my first love and it will be my last. Pretty sure of that.

Genealogy / POLISH NOBILITY NAMES IN -SKIi [82]

The German equiavlent of a -ski name is one starting with von, Dutch -- van, French -- de, etc.

Ehm, in Dutch the addition of "van" to a surname "Van Utrecht, Van Nistelrooy, Van Engeland", etc, has nothing to do with nobility. It just means that somebody's anchestors at one point in time lived in Utrecht (van means "from"), but at the time when the name was registered, they had moved somewhere else, but kept this being from Utrecht as a distinction between themselves and somebody else with the same first name.

Example: Jan Jansen is neighbour of Jan Jansen (in the old days lots of ppl were named the same - in this case it would be John John's son). Now how do we know which one we are dealing with? Simple: one of the two's father or grandfather came from Utrecht a long time ago. So you would get Jan Jansen and Jan Jansen van Utrecht. Later on they kept either "Jansen" or "van Utrecht". That's the story with the "van" names in Dutch.

If you are a nobleman in the Netherlands you always have two names behind the van and also most of the time the addition "tot" (to): "van Heeckeren tot Middachten" (from the castle of Heeckeren to the castle of Middachten") ; or "Van Heeckeren-Kell" (From the castle of Heeckeren to the castle of Kell). Nobility usually named their surnames after the extend of their property.

I'm pretty sure it's for Germany and France the same.

Life / 3 reasons why you hate Poland. [1049]

I don't hate as a general rule, but if stating what you don't like about Poland is good enough for this thread, then here is my penny:

What I don't like about Poland is following:

- they always claim that they have been so mistreated throughout history, hereby forgetting that the past is the past and that it's time to move on to a better future.

- they always make it seem that the whole world owes them because they happen to be behind the Iron Curtain for decades. Guess what, Poland wasn't the only country behind that Curtain and yet I hear only the Poles complain about this constantly.

- they always claim that Poland is so much better than the other countries, with higher moral values, better women, better way of life and the Western world is just a Sodom and Gomorra while they provide the example for the world. Guess what, Poland is just a backwater in Central/Eastern Europe, which is in many fields outright behind the West.

- they always present incidents of little impact (within the European context) as major events that shaped the world, when in fact they only changed things for themselves.

- they always feel free to speak their mind of how they don't like blacks and make it seem that racism is acceptable and just a way of thinking. Fine, you're entitled to your opinion, but then they always scream rape when somebody makes a remark about the Poles or Poland. Then you're suddenly a racist and discriminate them.

Besides this, I have no problem with Poles and Poland. I know quite a few Poles and the vast majority of them is not like described above. Exceptions do the rule, so to say.

Let me give you an anecdote of my very first trip to Poland: I came with the train from Berlin, got off the station in Warsaw. I was just 10 metres away from the train and the very first Polish person that spoke to me said: "You are from the West? Yes? Give me money." When I asked him why I should give him money, he replied: "Because you are from the West and you owe us because you have always treated us bad." I didn't give him any money and told him to f*ck off. I felt sorry for the Poles, but it's not my fault what happened to them and I certainly did not feel obliged to hand him a handful of Złotys. He may have gotten them, if he would have asked me nicely, not demanded it the way he did. That was my very first contact with a Polish person. Thank God the ppl that I met later on were nice and friendly, but you know what they say about first impressions.

Do you actually sometimes say something bad about Poland or the Poles? Do you actually have some critisism on Poles or Poland from time to time? I'm getting tired of your constant halleluyah about Poland. It's ridiculous, kinda annoying and totally irrelevant. If you are more disgusted by disabled than by drunks, then that's just sad. I think you are a bit sad. No country is perfect, but if I have to believe you in all your posts, Poland must be walhalla as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the country and the ppl. Even the alcoholics are sympathetic. Grow up and open your eyes.

Do Polish people have big noses?

A lot of them do, a lot of them don't.

Do all Jews have big noses? Ehm no, I am supposed to be one and my nose is pretty small, very small actually. Just like my mom's. If friends visited our home I always ask them, which one of my parents is Jewish? They always answer that it's my dad. He is protestant Dutch with no Jewish blood in him whatsoever. Yet he looks more Jewish than my mom, who's 100% Jewish.

Stella Goldschlag, the infamous catcher for the Gestapo, was Jewish, but she was blonde and had very blue eyes. There is no standard person in the world. If you think all individuals of a ppl look the same, there is something wrong.

Oh come on, give me a break. You think this will not happen in the West when you help somebody? Ok, you might not get a wodka as alcoholism is not that common in the West as it is in Poland, but most old ppl will give you a coffee or a beer or something. This is complete normal behaviour and anybody who does not do this, is just a plain *sshole.

Ah, Polish girls are direct? Haha, good one. I have NEVER met a Polish girl who was direct. Always gossipping behind your back, never say what they really mean. I wish they were direct, like Dutch girls. They are honest and fair and if they don't like you, you will know immediately and that is just the way it should be. With Polish girls you never know wether they like you or not. Either way, you're gonna learn if they do or don't months later on, when it's too late, as I am not gonna sit around for months waiting for the missus to make up her freaking mind.

Southern, get your head out of the clouds and try to look at Poland and the Polish more the way they are: just like anybody else on the world. Nothing special, nothing worse, just like us in the West.

But the really big nose is the semitic nose which is common among Jews

See my previous post. My father, who is Dutch, looks more like a Jew than my mom, who is a Jewess, does. Sometimes Jews have blonde hair and blue/grey eyes, you know.

Caucasians

Poles are also Caucasian. "Caucasian" is just the term for white ppl in the world. Guess what: semitic and arabic ppl belong to the white race too, officially.

Regardless, you will never look at a big nosed man again without contemplating the size of his manhood

The smaller the nose, the bigger the manhood. That's the rule, I think.

Law / The Euro, is it a good idea for Poland? [66]

Hopefully never.

I read some time ago that a couple of powerful investors kicked the UK in the butt and said that they have to hurry with implementing the Euro as it costs them too much in exchange-rates and so on. If the UK would not switch, they would withdraw their business to elsewhere in the EU. And I believe there is some sort of a routemap for Britain to join the Euro. If they are smart, they do so as they would only benefit from it.

Seanus

Agree with you - although a few remarks: when the Euro was implemented in NL, for a moment I lost the concept of money, used as I was to count in guilders. Suddenly I had to grasp that what seemed half of the money had in fact the same value and it made me kinda be on the penny for a short while. Lot of ppl had this, but thank God we had the good ppl from the hospitality branch who were so helpful to make life a little easier for us: every price, originally in guilders was changed to the same in Euros. That is: sth that cost 5 Guilders before, now cost 5 Euro. We are grateful to those good ppl as they completely free of selfishness, made us grasp the concept of the Euro very quickly. But beside my sarcasm, I (and with me many ppl) were counting back every price we saw in Euros into what it would have been in Guilders. What I mean is: when you know that a Euro is about 2,20 Guilders and you see sth of 5 Euro; for a long time it was like: "oh, that's 11 Guilders". And then of course we all got angry at the rip off who dares to charge 11 guilders for a f*cking sandwich, but that's another issue :)

It took me over a year to stop counting back to guilders. I don't do that anymore. In short, for a small group in society the switch to Euros would be good, but I am afraid for the majority life will get much more expensive as there are always vultures who will take advantage of the situation. Happened everywhere in the Euro-zone.

M-G (has new coffee brought to him by his Irish slave. I think I will take her home tonight, she looks good)
