Private English speaking accountant?

Good afternoon all,

I'm looking for a private accountant, not some huge firm, to handle my pretty basic tax affairs related to my income from a flat rented out in Warsaw. It's really not a lot of work, once a year filing, but I need someone who can also navigate and advise on what can be deducted etc. My Polish is pretty dreadful so they would need to be English speakers.
