Australia / Anybody send parcel with POCZTA-POLSKA to Australia? [16]

Has anyone sent anything to Australia via Poczta Polska (Priority Registered Letter)

I brought something from a Polish store. They used Poczta Polska (I didn't know how bad they were until I learnt from experiences from other people on Reddit. The Priority Registered Letter was "Sent From Poland" 17th September 2022. It's been in transit for 19 days. Poczta Polska informed me by email that it takes 5 days to reach Australia. Not guaranteed. But it's like 19 days in transit. I've contacted Australia Post and they have informed me that they haven't received letter yet. Can anyone help me by past experiences? Poczta Polska via email said that it will take up to 5 days lol. From 17th of September to reach Australia so I presume it's going by air via Warsaw
