Real Estate / HELP im a foreigner student with guarant - rental contract termination [2]

Hello everyone ! I have a problem im a foreigner student here in poland warsaw.I was having problems finding rent then I found this room i was still empty the whole flat was under renovation the manager of the flat told me that he will get me the room ready in 1 o 2 days max with all i need : (Bed/Desk/Drawer/Sheets for balcony door ... and other stuff ) after I signed the contract the manager didn't deliver its one week now after and he didn't bring anything he is like almost forgot about me I told him i want to break the contract he said U have to pay me double + he keeps the deposit THATS 3150 PLN for one week.PLEASE HELP ME i need to terminate this contract i hate this room and its making me hate poland can't focus on my study and i stay all day out just to not get into this sh***y room what should i do.I like to jsut leave but i don't want to do anything that will damage my residence card process after and will it affect my guarant if i just leave or i don't pay the rent thank you.

Working with a Fake degree in Poland



Hello there everyone ! Heres my story I live in krakov-Poland I just moved here recently from Algeria I have no work experience no degree but im a very intellectual person and have lot of skills that qualifie me for this job including 2 languages french/english . I was desperate for a job so I lied about having a degree and work experience + I decreased one year in ly high school diploma from 2017 to 2016 .I know lot of you will probably hate me but we all deserve second chances and thsi is my second chance to start a new chapter in my life this job opportunity and trust me I am capable of this role its a simple role anyway. I passed 2 Interviews and they interview me in first place just becaus I lied in my cv and I landed both of them but I declined one and kept the other one Next week I will be signing the contract and I have everything prepared (Fake degree/Edited high school diploma/Fake work experience).

Now im asking is it possible to get caught if they do a background check even tho its hard to contact a university in algeria(I did attend that unversity btw) what are the methodes used to check degree .

And what are the legal consequences ? And should I go for it becaus all I need is a chance .
Im not selling drugs or doing anything bad I just want a job liek the rest of people that suits my needs and my passion. Thank you
