Honestly...whats Polands problem with Germany?

Greetings,

my name is Erik, i´m 24 years old and from Weimar / Thüringen.

I never was in Poland and know no people there. But what i see is a country that acts mostly angry against us in a really weird way.

Best example right now is the Northstream 2 pipeline. Thats pipeline is in german interest and will be build, no matter what. It allows direct acess to russian gas for german customers and drops gas prices for german customers by 40%.

Poland argues it creates dependency on Russia. Thats not true. It just gives Germany the opportunity to more russian gas. We can swith to LNG whenever we please. Its an additional option for us.

Poland itself gets most of its gas from Russia. We see that Poland wants transition money for gas but honestly nobody in Germany wants buy gas to pay transition money to Poland. So for Poland Gas send from Russia to Germany is bad. Gas send from Russia to Germany via Poland is good?

It appears some people in Poland think their interests means evrything and German interests mean nothing.

The german workers are not willing to pay 45% more for energy to please people who are not friends anyways.

Another thing is that "reperation rubbish" brought up again and again.

Its very clear, that Germany will never pay a single additional cent. The war debate is long over. I wonder if polish decission makers realize what tehy trigger with such debates? The basicly support the far right in Germany who demand counter demands, like reparations for Silesia.

My own grandmother comes from a city in Silesia which was called Kuhnersdorf and was near Breslau. She knows where her families house was.

We too can sue for compensation.

I believe both countries should sit together and stop such rubbish demands and get real with each other.

We build the pipeline. 1/3 is already done. Each day 3km added.

German energy politics are decided in Germany. Poland is free to decide its own energy politics but has no say in ours.

So yes, we do **** off, busy to build that pipeline.

I think both countries should stop to try influence the other. Evry polish intervention regarding us creates more and more hate here. And i assume our interventions cause same there. So best would be, both care for their own **** and dont put their nose in other business.

Poland can install courts all it wants. Their country. We can make pipelines we want. Our country.

I vote AfD. I dont need the EU and see the EU as stone around our neck.

I also dont want Poland to take migrants. I want blocked borders and mass deportations.

I like cheap energy prices.

Im a police apprentice, my income is not super high. I prefer to spend my money on my car, my fitness training and holidays. Not on heating my apartment.

Btw hard to sniff soviet gas, when soviet union did not even exist anymore when i was born.

That pipeline offers tje cheapest energy price for german customers. You are free to find a more cheap scource. But dont expect us to,pay more to make others happy.

Poland buys gas from russia as well and would not have a problem if the pipeline would go through Poland.

1. I'm AfD supporter, thanks to us, Germany culled down migration by 97%. Would be good Poland would do same against influx of ukrainans. It appears poland gave up its borders?

2. We want sanctions against russia to stop. The eastern german states are against those sanctions.

3. Gas is not on the sanction list.

We have no alternative for russian gas. USA is no trustworthy partner. Trump proved again and again tgst he breaks contracts whenever he wants. Russia never broke gas delivery to Germany in last 50 years.

We are not willing to pay 45% more for energy. Your own people would not be willing to pay that either.

I dont ask for forgiveness. I´m a young man and have nothing to do with WW II. My parents also have nothing to do with WW II and my grandparents were small children back then.

As for our feelings towards polish people. Its different. Most here dont care and many Germans never visited Poland. I was never there either.

Most elder people have a very low opinion about Poland. Young generations like myself are neutral.

We dont have many poles here. When i went school, we had a family in our town with family name Dudek or like that. I assume they were from polish ancestry but spoke fluent German. Just their family name was not german. I know my grandparents did not allow me and my brothers to play wizh them, since that would ruin our renomee in our village.

But beside that, when we encountered their kids out in the forest we did play soccer and so on.

Ukrainians, Syrians, Pakis ect. All same for me. Its not in German interest to allow them in. The southern border is closed now and i hope Poland starts to protect its borders as well.

Not working anymore since AfD ist at almost 30% in east german states.

Now suddenly all politicians somehow were always critical about migration and want harsher laws. Its quite funny actually that we have to vote far right to correct.

I see its different. I´m voting for AfD and i´m member of AfD as are most of my comrades and also superiors.

I dont agree with evrything Höcke says but he is necessary. The corrective catalyst we need to correct the leftist bullshit. I dont want cooperation at this point. We must hunt the system parties, counter them and they must fear us. There cant be any cooperation.

First we must see systematic change in the other parties.

I have learned that easy solutions are always working solutions. It never helps to make something more complex than it is.

As for AfD, in my village AfD got 38%, in neighbor village over 50%. There is high possibility that AfD becomes strongest party in Thüringen.

Beside that, all my comrades are critical to the system parties. Thats a simple fact. What some say could not even said in public and i fully understand why they think that way.

AfD is a democratic party and im happy about their sucess, only because AfD, things in Germany changed for the better.

Germany is an economic and engineering super power. If needed we can build nukes in a matter of weeks. But i dont see it.

Also having the pipeline does not mean we have to take the gas.

And Trump is much less reluable for Germany than Putin.

Im a proud German, i have no european identity. Until 2015 i saw EU as positive. Thats over for me, i want see it die and i love its current state. Its visible that it breaks at evry corner.

My grandma comes from a village near Breslsu. Its name was Kuhnersdorf. I would love to visit some day but dont know. She talks often about it. I know their garden had a pond and i think i propably could find it.
