Karta Pobytu application Open or Closed?

Hello Folks !
I had applied for my Karta Pobytu for the second time in December 2017 after my first karta was expired. Then i had to fly to my home country in february 2018 so i decided to get a National Visa on my passport from my home country to enter Poland. Now that i possess a valid visa on my passport, Is my Karta Pobytu application is still processing or it gets closed automatically?
