[Schengen visa] can I give cash money to Poland's embassy to insure them return back to home country??

hello to all friends in this forum
i am afghan citizen married with polish girl living in Norway my schengen visa to Norway was rejected in grounds that my marriage was not registered in Poland and that i will not return back to my home country

now we register our marriage in Poland but i want to ask for insure them that i return back to my home country can i give embassy cash money like 25.000usd or 30.000usd its possible or what alternative way is possible
