Genealogy / Domino Family - immigrated to Chicago area from Poland [7]

I am searching for my family roots and I know , that my Mother's grandfather's brother, Stanislaw Domino was leaving in Chicago area in 1948 or even earlier. He had a son, John (Jan) Domino. The Domino family immigrated to Chicago area from Poland, Rzeszow or Laka. Stanislaw Domino had a brother, Tomasz Domino who had a son Stefan Domino (my grandfather) and daughter Stefania.

I have a few pictures of my Domino family from 1948 under this link: bobkozakphotography.com/Other/Domino-Family-Chicago-1948/24824381 _Hts9dk

Genealogy / Polish Gypsy Roots & Roma ancestors in their families [205]

This is a beautiful story, that brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Justyna for sharing it, and showing people, that it is not right to make judgements based on color of their skin, religion, language spoken etc. Thank you and wish your dreams will come true.

Genealogy / Domino Family - immigrated to Chicago area from Poland [7]

Unfortunately, I don't know if John Domino moved to Cleveland. I don't have much more information about, but these places in Poland would be connected with his Father: Rzeszow, Laka, Borysow, Pulawy. I know also that John was working for a City of Chicago. Also surname Michalak is part of the family. Here are some pictures of the Domino Family from Chicago: bobkozakphotography.com/Other/Domino-Family-Chicago-1948/
