Merged: Looking for House or Apartment to rent in Lodz

Hi,

I am looking for a house or apartment to rent in Lodz (preferably in Gorna but open to other areas). Ideally I would like a house at least 130m2 with garden and permission for a pet (dog) but I would be happy to accept to an apartment > 100m2 (modernised).

I need at least 2 bedrooms and kitchen must be a reasonable size as should the bathroom.

Budget is up to 3k PLN per month (including fees).

The property would be for me and my polish fiancee.

Life / Duvet / Blanket Ratings in Poland? [2]

So I am trying to buy a summer duvet in Poland but every single place I look they do not provide Tog ratings? Tog ratings are the international standard for measuring the thermal properties of a duvet and yet for some reason Poland does not use this rating?

I need a 4.5 Tog summer duvet and have no idea where to find one...

Certified Copy - English speaking solicitor/lawyer needed in Lodz, Poland

I need to have a copy of my passport certified by a solicitor/lawyer (it doesn't need to be translated, only certified). I am not sure if there is a special type of Lawyer I need to find or is this something a notary can do?

I am based in Lodz and need to do this urgently so if anyone can offer help or suggestions I would very much appreciate it.

The Lawyer must be able to speak and understand English as my passport is in English (and I don't speak Polish).

Thanks.

Law / Buying a car in Poland for business and ZUS declarations [5]

I am currently self employed and am looking to buy a new car exclusively for business. I presume I can claim back the VAT and offset the cost of the vehicle against my quarterly tax return?

Also - what happens if I become employed in the future and the car becomes my personal vehicle? Do I then have to include the value of the car in my PIT return at the end of the tax year and if so how is that value calculated? I ask because there is a good chance I will be accepting a job in Sweden this summer and will be leaving Poland to live in Sweden. I need to know how to tie up my existing self employment business and what taxes I would need to pay if I transfer company assets to my person. I also presume I would still need to file PIT in April 2018 to cover the period from January 2017 until the date I leave Poland?

Thanks.

Thanks - I have an accountant so hopefully they will figure it all out for me. The car will be used entirely for business whilst I am still here in Poland and it will be a new car so the VAT rebate will be very useful for my cashflow.
