Law / Polish EU Drivers Licence - can I get one the easy way (by paying for it)? [185]

hello,I want to "buy" a Polish drivers license to drive in Holland, I am Dutch and have polish girlfriend which I want to marry. My license in Holland has or will be taken by police so, need new one. offcourse.. ;-) How to get one or exchange my Dutch Drivers License ? thanks ..
