[Moved from]: About Karta Pobytu! Resident Card! It takes so much time in Poland?

Does anyone know the contact of Card production department?? i've been waiting for the card for almost 4 weeks, and i have flight to China in a few days, i really need the card before departure.

i can only called the Immigration office right now, but they can't do anything but waiting, just like me...they won't even call the office in Warsaw to check if the card ready or not :(
