Life / Rate Poland (Life Quality / Culture and People / Food): 1-10! [232]

The polish coastline cannot be compared to the Italian or Greek coastline . Both seashores are beautiful in their OWN , UNIQUE way .

The Baltic and Mediterranean are two different bodies of water , with two different climates. Whoever says the Baltic is not as nice a vacation spot as the Mediterranean have obviously never been to the Baltic on a nice warm summer day. The scenery is absolutely stunning and the water is crystal clear. Poland does a very good job in maintaining the coastline and therefore summer vacations on the polish seashore are always an enjoyable , beautiful , pleasant and CLEAN experience.

To those who oppose of Poland being an equally beautiful vacation spot as other European countries don't know what their saying . People should actually take the time to travel around some of Poland , and then you'll really rethink your outlandish comments that " Poland cannot compare to France " or that " Krakow cannot compare to Prague " because yes Poland can compare to France and yes Poland can compare to Prague. Europe is a very diverse continent with 50 independent countries with DIFFERENT backgrounds and histories . The architecture and landscapes change from country to country. Poland is an extremely breathtaking country with many diverse and beautiful landscapes and medieval towns. The people here are extremely friendly and the food is delicious . Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I am not forcing anyone to adore Poland but play fair and don't say that Poland cannot compare with other European countries because it most deffinatley can. Poland is one of the last remaining countries that harbors such a diverse population of wildlife and rich landscapes. Many people have fallen in love with Poland and keep on falling in love with this beautiful country.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

I absolutely love Poland for very many reasons !!

Poland is one of the most beautiful and diverse countries in Europe . I've traveled around most of Poland and have seen everything from enchanted emerald forests , breathtaking alp - like mountains , wild flower meadows and golden beaches. I've visited many majestic castles , palaces , churches and medieval towns & cities that blow my mind :) But that is not the only reason why i like Poland , for it's beauty. I especially like this country because I believe that Poland is the most inspiring country in Europe , the people are extremely friendly and hard working and very deep rooted in their beautiful culture , traditions & especially faith . I find Poland to be one of the only places were society has a certain sense of culture and responsibility to one another . In Poland you feel like family with the society , your treated with respect and dignity , you have to work and give your all and that is why I truly love this country . You are not treated like a mindless human , people here really work hard for the pleasures in life . The polish people were able to dig their way out of communism and completely transform there country into what is now a healthy , prosperous society. This country truly is amazing in every aspect , the people , landscapes , architecture , food , medieval architecture ... EVERYTHING ! I've traveled around most of Europe and out of all the countries I have visited I love Poland the most .... not France , not Italy , not Spain , not Switzerland , i love POLAND . I lived here for about 2 months and have never felt more alive and happy . Every morning you wake up you feel motivated and inspired . The air is crisp and clean , you see green fresh landscapes around , there is not much noise , everything is nice and organized , friendly people , superb transportation , safe city and good life quality ( many remodeled and beautifully landscaped apartments )beautiful landscapes , delicious food ... what more can you ask for ??

I love Poland and simply everything about this country and I have honestly thought about moving here in the future.

Poland is greatly improving and is starting to really become a greater tourist destination. I've spoken to many , many people in the states who say they really want to visit Poland !!

I'll be visiting Poland soon , best wishes :)

Yes I love Poland and I feel that people should not be stuck in the past . yes , Poland did have a difficult past but the polish people kept their head up throughout all the hardships . Believe it or not Poland is one of the best countries ( in Europe ) to live in right now. A huge chunk of Europe is going through a bad crisis right now , and Poland is the best place to be in right now. Trust me seanus ,Silesia is 100x cleaner than most parts of industrial Germany , France and England . I've visited the karkonosze mountains in Silesia and was taken away by the beauty. I read a history article about Poland and Silesia has hundreds of beautiful castles. Every country in Europe has a rich history with beautiful medieval landmarks.

I find polish food to be very hearty and delicious , but that's just my opinion :)

I can't wait to visit Poland soon and yes i love it !!

@bullfrog I am in my late 20's

and i'll take that as a compliment i guess ??

@ogumba: I was thinking of warszawa too but I have friends in Krakow :)

I love Poland and i think this is one of the most beautiful countries in europe , i don't care if people criticize me ( so far I've only received support instead of criticism ).

Yes , you are receiving these compliments from a non-resident of the country , and many more non-residents agree with me. Thanks to the welcoming people , environment and beauty of Poland i have fallen in love with the country :)
