Love / 20% of adult Poles are single and live with Mummy! [241]

I just really hope employers and politicians alike aren't going to commit EU-thanasia on the younger generations of Europe, and give them a fair chance instead of treating them like they're expendable cannon-fodder.

Kind of pushing the blame there aren't you?
What are you doing about your own situation?

Nothing unusual.

Zetigrek, you should know by now that PF is full of generalisations.
We don't want to hear actual real life but rather a fantasy land where Poland is what we say it is, where men are men and women are sheep, where everyone is a jew hater and eats babies for breakfast.

Your reality posts are not wanted here, go away you.. you... what's the opposite of a troll?

So Polish men marry their mothers and kill their fathers!

And Freud was Polish!

Off-Topic / What's your connection with Poland? Penpals. [554]

Considering that a large part of your family is Polish, I can see your reasoning in your idea that the country produces "not much".

But Poland doesn't usually produce such idiots like you, in fact you are unique, honest.

Yeah, I know, don't feed the animals at the zoo and don't feed the trolls on the forum.

USA, Canada / Polack/American Polonia/Plastic Pole "culture" [568]

I base my opinion on reports from average Polish people

Are there many average Polish people in Texas?

also, i would like to add that 50% of Polish registered votters did not vote, how else wold you interpret this fact?

According to Voting and Regristration Data - US Census 2008, the United States of America voter turnout was 58%.

United States 54%***
Poland 51%

***Only Congressional elections held the same year as presidential ones.
Turnout rates for off-year elections are approximately 10-15 percentage
points lower than the general election immediately preceding it.

ignore the facts

I live here not you.

just rant about something irrelevant

You're into projecting, how's that workin out for ya?
So cut to the chase, when and why did you leave Poland or are you of Polish extraction?

Ah, Havok, I like you posts to be honest, you have a good sense of humour and you're a bit mad (like the rest of us) but you seem to have a little chip on your shoulder when it comes to Poland. Hell if that was my only fault, I'd be happy :)

why you are interpreting it as bitter is really beyond me.

And what basis is your opinion on?
You make Poland sound like a backward thirdworld country, with no democracy in fair and free elections, that's the bitter part.

forbes.com/lists/2010/6/best-countries-10_Best-Countr ies-fo r-Business_Rank_2.html

You keep throwing that up, I see you are going to stick with it come hell or high water, whatever flouts your boat.

doingbusiness.org/rankings

And there is no way in hell that Lithuania is a better place than Poland for business, that is total BS.

I found your response very bitter and condescending.

Honestly, I don't think it is landora that sounds very bitter and condescending in this instance but you.

And that was your post NOT hers.

Being a tolerant, open-minded, anti-racists, peace-loving person has nothing to do with hate, not even excepting it.

Of course I don;t deny that in Poland there is many racists, antisemites, homophobes but mostly it has nothing to do with any nationalistic attitudes.

Just in case I appear to be accusing the general public of Poland who feel national pride, especially on their independence day, of doing anything mad, I want to explain that is not what I mean.

It was just the matter of the ONR and what I know of them from here and this bears no reflection on what most of the good people of Poland do.

I should have really written that earlier but I got side tracked.

if Harry is allowed to twist history facts I see no reason why I not supposed to use same methods there is even more true in my twisted facts then his

That should be the new definition of "Petty", Harry hasn't even remarked on this thread, has he? and yet you use him as an excuse to justify talking rubbish.

Today I'm being nice and stuff, and it's crickets...

I guess people have at least 24 Hr memories.

It is geting tiring.

Yes, your tedious boring posts about things you obviously know nothing about are very tiresome.
Try talking about things you know.

Personally I see nothing wrong in sun cross and rodło and uniforms

And I am sure you have no problem with the Hindi use of the swastika but we are not talking about that either.

Just because broken cross was Germany's symbol does not mean Indians are not allowed to use it anymore.

And what about "celebrating" a pogrom, any smart deflections for that?

He organized[1] militias, which the night of June 22 to June 23, 1936 under the direction and under the slogans anti-semitism[1] arms seized the town for a few hours Myślenice, The action was later called "Myslenicka expedition." Disarmed the police station and severed telephone cables. The market, located on Jewish shops stłuczono display windows, and found in them the goods were abolished on the market and set ablaze. It is true that control the action Doboszyński forbade his men to plunder any acts[citation needed]And the use of physical violence, but in his opinion[citation needed] theft of Jewish shops and the city authorities planned flogging it was not looting and physical violence. At his command[citation needed] it was arson or an attempt to synagogue, But ended up only burning a small hole in the floor in the vestibule of the temple. Could not, however, as originally planned[citation needed], Recognize and chastise Myślenice governor, who hid in the apartment of his housekeeper.

Personally I see nothing wrong

No problem with hitler salutes or "celebrating" a pogrom, no?

It would not be the orders. It would be oppinions of other Poles. Some compromise could be possible.

Are you talking to me?
If so, could you clarify your point because I don't know what you are talking about.

But PC crowd is issuing orders from Brusseles.

In what way?
Any examples?

Is neo-nazism better then PC crowd? I don't know, I don't want to choose between these two, they are equally evil in my book.

And you are saying they are the same as the Nazis?

You really do live on the moon.

why do you ask?

Is neo-nazism better then PC crowd?

There is no mad ''PC crowd'' here in Poland, which leads me to believe you are not in Poland and not in touch with current Polish events.

I can see why some young people want to show a finger to the world by celebrating a mass murder.

You know that's a mad thing to say, right?
Where do you live?

Where do you live? Because you certainly don't sound like you live in Poland.

as I have said, thay are missguided, but theirs hearts are in the right place. I guess they feel that Poland is going in the wrong direction, but they are not sure how to rectify it.

They were ''celebrating'' a pogrom, "misguided" does not cut it and your deflection is transparent.
If you think it's heading in the wrong direction you can vote in fair and free elections, there are any number of things you can do, saying these pigs are just trying to change the course of Poland's future is complete crap.

Torq

Ah Torq, I was searching your posts in vein when I made that last post.
There was one particular post of yours that I think opitamises, at least for me, the great people of this nation's understand of what it is to be Polish.

But unfortunately I couldn't find it.

What is completely and utterly incomprehensible to me, is the fact that Hitler slaughtered
6 million Poles

The thing that we have to remember is that there are such people in every walk of life and that they are the minority.
Polish people I know are disgusted by this for the very reasons you have said.
