News / Dodgy PRL-holdover judiciary finally reformed [420]

I forgive you your ignorance since you're a victim of a PRL education

But you are also a victim of it coz when you attended schools, you were taught by ex-communist teachers who had worked long before the fall of the system. Besides, they fostered the next generation of post-communist teachers who might have also taught you after 2000. ( I am using your own way of thinking about old and new judges in Poland now).

You are communist to the bone, my dear. hahaha No wonder you hold such neobolshevik views. hahaha

Law / Poland's Muzzle Law [22]

Fortunately, the EU, through its proper institutions, is going ot make short work of all illegal decisions by PiS. In free Poland, today`s political criminals will be prosecuted and sentenced, while the oppressed ones will be rehabilitated and offered moral compensation and paybacks on salaries they were deprived of. I can`t wait. hahaha

They have been tagged with the nick of "The Brit's Bullies".

I heard the PolAm Nazi boys have an even worse reputation... :)

So, all this mess in the forum has been caused by two nationalities.
I knew it. Only Poles remain flawless. As usual.

Language / What is your biggest problem with Polish language? [158]

Back to topic. My biggest problem is that I can`t utter popular tongue twisters correctly more than a dozen times in a quick series. After the tenth repetition I begin to falter.

Suchą Szosą Sasza szedł.
Stół z powyłamymanymi nogami etc.

@Pawian, I'm so sorry, how could I have left your name off the list of 'trusted Poles' on this forum.

It was natural coz you listed people who had participated in this thread. I bear no grudge whatsoever. :)):

Pawian is also a reliable source of up-to-date and accurate information regarding Poland and Polish people.

No, I wouldn`t trust Pawian. His very nickname suggests a nasty character and abusive ways. He is highly untrustworthy. :):)

by degrading other nations, you forgot to say. The definition you provided refers to regular non-nationalist patriots. Like me. :))

As for Mikke, yes, he isn`t one. I threw him in the same basket with Braun by accident.

Work / Is starting a language school doable in Poland [9]

but you will never be rich trust me

It depends what role he is going to assume in his newly opened language school He might be an owner and a teacher at the same time - then, yes, earnings are average and that`s what we were talking about here.

Or, he might be the boss who employs other people. It is quite possible for a foreigner in Poland to run a business with workers successfully and who knows if he isn`t such a natural born tycoon. Anything is possible. If he remembers the golden principle that one needs to steal the first million, he will be fine. :):)

Life / How are electric cars doing in Poland? [413]

A few years ago PiS Prime Minister promised 1 million electric cars in Poland in 2025. He lied blatantly and knew about it.

Ha, ha, you're like a good czekhist, Pawian - always on the lookout for the enemies of communism. :)

The trend has reversed. Today I am looking for the enemies of democratic Poland. Neobolsheviks are trying to destroy it. ::):)

And also those young ones who have inharited their positions only thanks to their parents being a prominent apparatchiks in PRL times.

Actually, the parents of Juszczyszyn, the judge suspended by PiS` illegal Disciplinary Chamber, were teachers. And most judges of young generation are like that. In short, you are spreading lies. Why?

To effectively treat this cancer you need to cut off a degenerate tissue.

What are you going to do with Piotrowicz and Pawłowicz, lawyers who once eagerly worked for communists but recently were nominated to high positions in PiS- controlled judicial institutions?

Braun, Korwin-Mikke, are legalists believe the law should be obeyed to the letter. But they don't give high note to current Polish law nor constitution

Yes, typical of nationalists. They promise to obey the law on condition it has been made by them and only them. Pathetic.

that native Poles in general are suspicious of any foreigner even when claiming good intentions.

That`s an interesting observation. I thought that it ended with the collapse of communism or even a bit earlier. I didn`t notice it in recent years.

News / President Duda rules out homo marriage in Poland as banned by the constitution [172]

What does it mean when a mature person obsessively expresses his/her hatred against LGBT?
Possible reasons:
1. they are LGBT themselves but too scared and embarassed to admit it
2. they have been hurt personally by an LGBT person. Even rape is included here.
3. one of their close relatives came out as LGBT, especially son or daughter.

Any other?

All this could have been done more slowly, quietly, and without such international uproar

Do you also agree to PiS controlled judiciary? Again you sound quite suspicious. Aren`t you a nasty PIS agent here? hahaha

News / Dodgy PRL-holdover judiciary finally reformed [420]

Any change of a current state of affairs in Polish judiciary system will be beneficial. Basically this post-PRL system penetrated by post-comunist "judges"

You`d better stop for a while and think reasonably at last. With judiciary under full control, PiS will use it against its political opponents at will, just like it is happening now, we can see the first attempts.

As far as I know, PiS considers nationalists and Konfederacja as rivals on the right side of the political scene. I can easily imagine lawsuits based on false charges against Konfederacja politicians one day. Or, when Konfederacja gains big support in elections one day, PIS Supreme Court and National Electoral Commission will annul these results.

Do you really want it?

"post-communist"

It is sad that PIS calls everybody who disagrees with them as communist or postcommunist despite so many ex communists in their own ranks. What a filthy party of hypycrites.

The statistics prove PIS didn`t reform anything. It is even worse - after 5 years of PiS` deform, an average lawsuit lasts longer than before. From 4.1 months in 2011 to 5.4 months in 2018. Thank you, PiS. :):):)

It was obvious from the very beginning. PiS` real intention was to remove or intimidate decent independent judges and replace them with PiS-controlled renegades. The improvement to the system to make it more efficient has never been PiS` concern.

Today the puppet president signed the new law. Good. PiS will lose this way or another one day. All those guys who implement the unconstitutional solutions will be prosecuted. And this time there will be no mercy. I can`t wait. Pisiorki, they are coming for you soon..... :))

That is all you can expect from these extreme right wing nationalist russian loving Serbs.

Aren`t we too harsh on them? What if they don`t do it intentionally? Or out of malice. But are simply brainwashed. We need to work on them. Let`s give them one more chance. What do you think?

Didn't pawian write couple of years ago that at least 5,000 blacks from Africa should be imported so that Poland could become a "normal" country?

A pack of lies, as usual. It wasn`t a few years ago, but last year. It wasn`t 5000, but 500.000. It wasn`t blacks from Africa but blacks from Africa, yellows from Asia, darks from India and whites from Ukraine. It wasn`t imported but invited. It wasn`t should but must. It wasn`t normal but diverse.

Simply speaking, the current PiS government`s programme. 100%. They fully agree with me and are doing what I am talking about now.

HA!

News / President Duda rules out homo marriage in Poland as banned by the constitution [172]

But in a recent interview he declared: "I would consider signing the law legalising homosexual civil partnerships." He also added that LGBT people often visit him in his presidential palace and he feels it is OK.

First LGBT visits. Next, civil partnerships. Then, homosexual marriages. Finally, LGBT is widely accepted in Poland. Avalanche, once moved, won`t be stopped.

Remember and enlighten future generations! It was Andrzej Duda who started it.

Work / Is starting a language school doable in Poland [9]

Not at the very beginning. You will need to become known in the area and this may take years. Don`t expect droves of eager students besieging your newly opened school. The competition is hard, even in small places coz major language schools from big cities have their branches in smaller towns. You will need to offer attractive rates to get students. It means low earnings for some time. How long - it depends on your teaching skills, personality, attitude to people etc etc.

Besides, the area where you intend to reside is known for financially underpriviliged inhabitants. I don`t think many of them will be able to afford your services.
