Work / Business ideas for Poland [63]

Depends what field. Finance, accounting, logistics, management, international biz yes.
Things like hr PR marketing not as much but you can still land a 70-100k job as a marketing manager or hr coordinator etc. Out of all us millionaires MBA is the second most commonly held degree after engineering (which is used more in an entrepreneurial capacity). Most MBAs make 6 figs in US at corporations. Average starting salary from top schools like Northwestern, the ivies, penm state, u of chicago, etc have starting salaries of 120 130k 150k plus with Stanford leading the pack at over 150k. You can google various schools with keyworss like say 'princeton mba starting salary' and therell be a few mean salaries listed all fairly close to each other. Low to mid 100k are pretty common for consulting and management jobs which about 1/4 to 1/3 of MBAs go into upon graduating. People who go into finance can easily make 200k plus. The record for MBA starting salary last year was 800k (source: poetsandquants.com, personal experience)

@Atch

I'm at the tail end of my MBA which is a 1 1/2 -2 year program depending how many classes you take. So yes I don't have my MBA just yet as I have a few classes to finish up.

News / Austria's swing to the far right on Poland? [229]

@spiritus

It will, but not in the us or western Europe. Too many cucks and feminazis voting for limousine liberals and shampoo socialists. This attitude of rejecting EU's immigrant quotas and far left values IS the mainstream in places like Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and of course Russia but thats a whole different scenario people call USSR 2.0 with nationalism and orthodoxy the creeds promoted by Putin and allied parties.

Sorry lyzko there's only so many mother Theresa's ghandis and pjp's to go around. Youre right our religion tells us to turn the other cheek. We all know how that ends up.. Its Christians who are the ones being persecuted, not us doing the persecuting like in the past. I'll never harm anyone that doesn't harm me first but I'll be damned if I'm going to let a violent supremacist ideology that is radical Islam blow up poles and ruin our country. The Christian way is being threatened by promotion of sexual behaviors that perhaps 1% of society participates in, undermining of the family unit, criticism of the church at every turn while nothing is said about the fact that homosexuality and adultery result in a death penalty in many Muslim countries, or are at least serious crimes. Yet Merkel welcomed people from these lands by the hundreds of thousands. Wtf did she think was going to happen when you let in people where gays are thrown in jail, imams preach conquest of white Europe, and God only knows how many of them were terrorists, criminals, perverts, radicals, etc. Hell if I was the leader of some sh!thole I'd give money to the dregs of my society to go to Germany so they become someone else's burden - just like Castro did to America. Earlier today I read a story on yet another migrant, this time from Ghana, who raped a German girl. Yet he felt he did nothing wrong and even said so in the court. He has his asylum rejected in both Italy and Germany yet no one deported his ass. This is everyday in Germany France Sweden etc and its almost always migrants attacking white European girls. Not to mention the terror attacks. Well we don't want their cultural enrichment or any other bs. We don't want the terror, we don't want the welfare state, we don't want the crimes, rapes, etc. Yet the EU is trying to force Poland Hungary and other states to change their societies where the majority of citizens are overwhelmingly christian centrist/right and reject forced migration from me and Africa. Its not our burden its theirs. Poland has offered to help donate money to an African development fund and establish safe zones in Syria (even though most refugees/migrants aren't Syrian anyway). That's not good enough though for EU. They're more interested in Soros proposal of flooding Europe with 1 mln migrants a year and giving them $30k USD. That would be the final nail in the coffin for conservative christian western man.

@Lyzko

The right has definitely learned from past experience. We're not interested in becoming the fascists of the 30's and 40's nor the skinheds and KKK of the 80's 90's and beyond. Besides, in America the movement is more of a resistance that was emboldened by Trump's victory. The US has far too many people against conservatives - even those who don't have a racist bone in their body. It's very split and it's kind of unfortunate. There's states like Wisconsin, Texas, Alabama, etc where conservatives are the majority but in places like Chicago, California, Seattle, etc. its firmly a dem stronghold. The thing is though the liberals dominate the media and corporations (or at least go along with far left slogans and ideals so as not to have problems) and a lot of conservatives are simply scared to share their thoughts or express criticism. They haven't won yet though and the conservatives will resist as long as they can. The liberals appear to be winning for the simple fact that they're louder and have more media control while most conservatives are more concerned with just working and providing for their families than attending rallies, shutting down highways, etc. The right media is limited to the various web outlets and perhaps Fox and that's really it. The MSM really made fools out of themselves with all the BS fake news and other garbage - especially CNN during the election. Unfortuately though, the far right here that does speak out often ends up looking stupid when they chant things like 'Jew will not replace us' or calling for a white ethno state plus they don't have a whole lot of support from common citizens even conservatives. The more far right parties aren't too popular in the US and generally have an image problem. In Europe though its a bit different. Also, the US far right guys are much more open about calling for 'white ethostates' deporting all illegals, getting rid of all the Jews, sending blacks to Africa - stuff like that. The far right parties in Europe generally don't say such stupid things, save for a few low iq individuals. They do criticize Muslims and migrants but they mainly do so by pointing out the terror attacks and other issues in Western Europe which they don't want to spread into their own borders.

When Target announced a pro-tranny bathroom policy their stocks tumbled and the company lost 10% value overnight. I can totally understand why - I won't shop at Target anymore after that either. Now the liberals are targeting schools from grade school to the unis - you should see the garbage that passes off for a grade school explanation of the various amendments and the agendas being pushed. I don't want my kids to learn about homosexuality or trannies in kindergarten and first grade like has happened in many incidents in US in Canada - in which some teachers even admitted to pushing a certain agenda. Yet if I protested such a decision I'd be called a homophobe or whatever - perhaps my kids would even be taken away by a far left judge - just because I think it's wrong for children to learn about homosexuality at such a young age. Hell, I didn't have sex ed classes till like 5th or 6th grade or something when i was around 12 - it can be taught alongside heterosexuality but still heterosexuality should dominate the conversation seeing as well over 98%-99% of society isn't gay. What bugs me though is how much of the youth has been brainwashed by like these ridiculous ideas of 50 some different genders, that communism is good, BLM, and all this other nonsense. Things that use to be considered taboo, strange, weird, unsavory are now celebrated and people given medals for being 'brave.' Turning your penis inside out and changing your name from Bruce to Caitlyn isn't being brave. It's a mess. Well, we don't want this same type of society in Poland, Hungary, etc and we're making our stand. If the far left wants to have US, France, Germany, etc they can - that's up to them and their voters. However, we aren't interested in a society where our millennia long culture is eroded, our people replaced, our traditions and religion criticized, criticism of the migrant crisis resulting in fines and jail, little to no rule of law where migrants can torch police stations and firefighters can't even put the flames out without being attacked, generations living off taxpayer funded welfare and teaching the next generation to do the same, promotion of deviancy and destruction of the family unit - no we don't want that. We have no problem with living in a multicultural society with many different ideas, people, religions, cultures, etc. but we won't allow for us to become a society like France, Germany, etc. We won't allow newcomers to take precedent over our citizens and residents who have lived here for years and generations. If they want to assimilate, work, and contribute - they're more than welcome. If not, they can leave for Germany, France, etc and they can be the German, French citizens' burden.

News / Austria's swing to the far right on Poland? [229]

@Lyzko
Hitler was loud and clear from the beginning. Ever hear of a lil book he wrote in prison called Mein Kampf? No right party is advocating genocide or anything or the sorts. There's a few idiots (usually unemployed soccer hoolis) who say stupid things to media like we have a fanstastic camp called Auschwitz where we can put the migrants. Although it may get a few chuckles from members and supporters overall it makes us look bad and western media just love that stuff to paint us as some God awful genocidal maniacs. These people get a swift kicking, fine, or are expelled for such things.

@NoToForeigners
The intermarium movement is gaining a lot of traction. We may not get the sort of federation we want but were more than pleased with the political and economic cooperation i.e v4, 3 seas, intermarium conference, etc. Kick back and relax. There'll be no Islamic terror on our turf. We have way too much support from bottom to top. Other eastern and central European countries, namely Austria, are taking notice and say hey these polaks and magyars aint that dumb. Maybe we should follow suit. It appears their citizens are supporting those ideas.

@Ironside
In this case though we had no issue with individuals who wanted to attend their lil victory day gathering. They ended up going anyway they just left their jackets back home and hopped on a place instead of a bike. They support our Rajd Katynski we support their victory day. Its about reducing tensions and respect.

Why there is no USA- phobia, Spain - phobia or what not?

There is... 'Phobia' and -'bia' is an ending which comes originally from greek 'phobos' applied to all sorts of things - 100's if not thousands of various 'phobias.' It is a general term for describing something, someone, etc that induces fear, anxiety, etc to a person - i.e. arachnophobia, homophobia, astrophobia (common in dogs), glossophobia (often the most commonly cited phobia), hemophobia, russophobia, as it's known with Poles - Polonophobia

Bikers are just gullible people.

As a biker I take offense to that. It only shows your ignorance by making such an assumption of a large group of people which you have little to no knowledge about. I'll have you know there are people who ride on weekends that run the gambit from lawyers, doctors (the guy who leads the Night Wolves is a surgeon) and wealthy businessmen to mechanics and welders with everyone in between.

Think or do you have a think-phobia too?

It's called sophophobia. Look in the mirror first.

Any more ridiculous ignorant questions and or statements?

Round them up in concentration camps and deport them by force? Not as easy as ICE deporting illegal Hispanics, I can guarantee you that much.

Of course not. We just don't want these issues to spread to Poland, Hungary, etc. Germany, France, etc already made their bed and have to sleep in it. This isn't our burden.

No far right party is promoting any sort of 'final solution' for the migrants so lets just step back a second because that's not happened. What we want is our culture not to be eroded and to live our lives in safety, security, and prosperity. We aren't interested in governments caring more about recently arrived migrants who refused to assimilate than their own citizens - who include Muslims that go to work everyday and are peaceful law abiding people i.e. Turks and Kurds in Germany.

If you don't like mosquitos and don't let them into your house for a very good reason

Exactly. Polish government tends not to like Russians hence didn't let them 'into their house' because of

A what?

Say it with me now - 'Rus-so-pho-bia'

merriam-webster.com/dictionary/Russophobia
Russophobia: fear or dislike of Russia or Russian policy

@kaprys
Perhaps some did, perhaps they did it in a historical context. Nonetheless, the Polish biker community was generally very supportive of them and wanted to let them pass, not only that invited them to their club houses. They came to celebrate Victory Day not to cause problems in Poland.

I'll have you know the Russian bikers on the other hand are supportive of our Rajd Katynski and welcome us in return.

Like I said, it's not Muslim migrants that are a problem as there's many who assimilate and are a true asset to society - especially the Kurds and Turks who are as liberal western minded (true liberals not this bogus modern day socialist liberals) as any Pole, Hungarian, Austrian, Scot, etc. What we don't want are the individuals that form hordes of ninja women and bearded men like in Tower Hamlets or the over 700 SEZ in France where the police and fire can't even come in to put burning police stations out because they're immediately attacked by the 'burden' - Merkel's term, not mine. France has been in a 2 year state of emergency because of these ********. The French women who live around Calais can't even walk around alone because there's nonstop assaults, rapes, and robberies by occupants from The Jungle (they should go back to the real jungle back home!). The British had to construct a protective barrier ON FRENCH SOIL because of all the ATTACKS on trucks going to England. These people have absolutely no respect for your liberal values - they hate gays, they hate Jews, they hate freedom of speech and yet you protect them. In fact, they're using your own liberal values against you - they say you should be tolerant of us and our beliefs in one sentence yet saying Islam will conquer Europe the next. This is why I compare the situation of W European society protecting the migrants who have ravaged their countries economically and socially via terror attacks, crime, rapes, truck attacks, massacres in concerts and restaurants, sharia patrols, SEZ's popping up all over Europe from England to France to Brussels to Germany. Now some schools won't even serve PORK, HAM, etc. because they're kissing the ass of people who just arrived - mainly to take advantage of the welfare system, while changing the society of citizens and residents who lived for years and generations.

That is what we're fighting against. That and people like George Soros who promote this destruction of western civilization and European man.

The only natural thing is to remove the burden and send anyone who doesn't speak a European language and isn't working and contributing to society back home - or make it someone else's burden and share it all around like Merkel is trying to do to Poland, Hungary, and EVEN AUSTRIA .

Again, let's not forget that when Italy tried to send over 100k burdens up north, Austria sent in the military and said AH HELL NO!

First it was refugee, then it was migrant... now Merkel's said it loud and clear - ITS A BURDEN

You really want another guy with a funny mustache coming from Austria to get rid of the migrant problem?

Yes - but more so the migrants that are a problem. Or at least putting a fence around them or sending them back to Africa/Middle east so they can be Saudi Arabia, Kuwait's etc or whatever burden, I mean 'enrichment' experiment... Well we don't want more to come in and cause terror attacks, live off welfare, never assimilate, spread their violent Islamic ideology, while socialist cucks tell us this is 'enrichment' - FTS... We're not interested in that and more and more people from all over Europe are standing up and saying enough is enough!!! That is why were kicking ass in elections all over and all the socialists can do is call us racist or xenophobic or whatever -ist and -ism they want. We don't care... At first it offended us but then society realized they call any conservative a racist so that word means nothing now.

It's telling that in the land of the free you feel reluctant to say it.@ Roger5

More worried about sociopathic posters here who take an online conversation and turn it into calling posters' families, jobs, friends, etc.

Atleast in US you don't get arrested and fined for talking about the problem of Islamic migrants and how they're causing problems in Europe - UNLIKE Germany, England, etc.

Not all admire Stalin as a person, but rather his victory of Nazi Germany and liberating USSR from Nazis. They were refused Poland over political reasons as russophobia is very common in Poland - especially in the government. They do admire the idea of the Soviet Union and say its biggest downfall was doing away with religion, culture, family values, Russian patriotism, etc. Modern Russia is a USSR 2.0.

Stalin was not a conservative. He really wasn't anything besides a power hungry calculating monster who killed more people than Hitler could even dream of. Nonetheless, it is very common for socialists to stir up nationalist ideologies in regional conflicts to gain troops to 'fight for their homeland' and help spread the 'revolution.' It happened in southern and eastern Asia, it happened in Russia, it happened everywhere. They especially do this in time of war and conflict.

The ideas of 'left' and 'right,' 'democrat' and 'republican' change with time, history, certain events, etc. The Democrats of yesteryear were firmly against abolition of slavery and were frequently members of the KKK. The Republicans were actually ones who fought to free the slaves.

Kingdom of Great Moravia

That was more present day Slovakia/Czechy/parts of Germany/Hungary etc... not Poland except for a small part of Silesia which would've been occupied by the tribe known as Slezanie. Idk how some posters got the idea of Moravia as ancient Poland... The only Moravian tribe that would've existed around 966 would be a small portion of southern Poland.

Even though Poland as it's known was Christianized in 966 there were many tribes who remained pagan for hundreds of years. Was the 10th century and beyond where most people were illiterate, poor as hell, and were happy just to have some meat once in a while. The top 10% nobility (which was a larger group than in other European countries where it was usually only the top 1% of society) meaning szlaczhta which generally took pretty well to Christianity and Rome's authority in the decades and centuries following 966 save for a few exceptions

Some info on pre-966 Polish lands, tribes, languages, etc.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lechites - Polish is known as 'Lechtic' language

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_tribes would include a small section of Moravians as one of the many tribes which were turned into a confederacy by the Piasts, including East German Slavic tribes - Oborites - (polabian slavs) from which several towns in Poland are named - Oborniki around Poznan, Oborniki Slaskie near Wroclaw, etc.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polans_(western) - In the 9th century the Polans united several West Slavic groups to the north of Great Moravia. The union led by the Piast dynasty developed into the Kingdom of Poland, whose name derives from that of the Polans.

Most of the info that we have from pre-966 Poland comes from Charlemagne's conquering of the Veleti tribes and before that some documents from Roman historians and geographers like Ptolemy.

Still Gniezno, inhabited by a tribe called Polanie or not.

Gniezno was always thought to be, according to the legends and history of Mieszko I, to be the founding place of Poland.

If any Cyrillic exchanges occurred it would've been most likely with the eastern Polans who had the most contact with Kievan Rus

Also, by 'far right' I mean in a decadent amoral western socialist perspective... most of these parties don't view themselves as 'far right' or 'nazi' etc. They view themselves as nationalists and patriots - they support the idea of preserving their nation. That doesn't make them xenophobes, supremacists, etc. They have no problems with co-existing with other cultures, societies, ideologies. Once the socialists would realize that and quit trying to force their views on us and our families, we could all get along.

Lyzko:

In case you don't know who the Night Wolves are:

telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/10670244/Meet-the-Night-Wolves-Putins-Hells-Angels.html
youtube.com/watch?v=94e8-3S-HoY

They wanted to ride from Stalingrad to Berlin to commemorate defeat of the Nazis. Unfortunately, the Polish government stopped them at the border. As a biker, I was very disappointed with this decision. The Polish biker community petitioned the government to allow the Night Wolves to pass in peace and were even welcomed to club houses to be provided with food, beer and shelter along their journey. However, in cases like this the PL government was stubborn and unwilling to compromise. It's a Polish-Russian fight sort of thing so I can understand why they did it, still though I think they should've let them pass through.

Straight fight

No such thing. No modern conflict is quite that simple. Should that happen though, I think you already know my answer.

Austrian election is a bell weather for what may well occur in European politics over the coming years

AfD party has become the THIRD single largest political faction within the German Bundestag, how can that bode better for the PiS in your Sejm

The thing is though Lyzko the far right in Germany is allied with the far right in Poland, Hungary, France, etc. We don't see ourselves as enemies. It's the same with the identitaires, pegida, northern league, or any other 'far right' groups. Our ideology unites us and we respect our unique cultural differences. We are all Europeans and we share a common goal of a Europe that works for Europeans - not people who have come in the last few years just to reap welfare benefits and refuse to assimilate. We're not looking for war but rather unity. If you want proof of that just look at videos of far right rallies in Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, etc. and you'll notice flags from other countries there too. Even among Right Sector/Azov or other 'far right' marches and rallies in Ukraine you'll see a few Polish, Croat, German, etc. flags among them. One of the main disagreement among these groups is whether Putin's Russia and the far right patriotic groups like Night Wolves and such are an ally or not..

Like Andrey Biletski said: 'It's enough for a person to have conservative values to be called a Nazi today.... quite frankly, I don't care what my enemies call me'

It depends on the situation. If Poland were invaded by say Putin and collapsed within 3 days making it nearly impossible for me to hop on a flight immediately to join the ranks of PL defenders and Putin would later install a puppet government then yes I would fight on the side of the US local partisans or any country or group that would want to give the country back to the people so they can hold democratic elections. If say Poland was being invaded though I would fight against such an invasion.

I am in no way affiliated with the young republicans. In fact, I didn't even vote for trump. My loyalty first and foremost is to Poland.

Gotta take the good with the bad. In this case the pros outweigh the cons. And they're not actually antisemetic, atleast not the ones making the decisions, forming operations policies etc, they're anti Zionist. Yes those guys hopped up on meth are what the Soviets termed useful idiots. They are used as such since their numbers alone make them powerful.

Also the situation in Europe on the ground from the streets to the presidents palace esp in central and east Europe is far different than the us. There's similarities, but the Americans are unfortunately fighting a losing war but at least they're resisting.

They just want to relax and enjoy life! LOL

the far right has come back...once again on a new broomstick, catering to the impatient, defiant, yet passively demanding Millenials.

Yes, but we also want to work hard, make our communities and countries better and safer, develop ties with our neighbors as well as citizens of the world farther away, provide for the disenfranchised CITIZENS within our borders, start funds to help developing countries and establish safe zones in conflict zones so that they don't experience a brain drain and so the dregs and low lifes of their society don't slip into ours, not be ashamed of our culture, history, and traditions and be proud of them and our descendants, grow the economy, get people back to work, spread our culture abroad and learn about other cultures, and develop a strong powerful military and alliances to protect the societies we have established and will fight our last drop of blood to protect. That's what right-wing millennial like me are interested in.

As with the Trump upset "victory" here in the US

Young people tended to support Bernie Sanders more so. It was split between Hillary and Trump. College educated millenials tend to vote Dem though. Trump won the 'silent majority,' Archie Bunker vote.. The middle class guys who don't talk about politics much but didn't like where their country was headed. Especially when you see the violence and idiotic rhetoric of groups like antifa and such. The older generations went through decades of Cold War to fight communism (or at least that's what the government and military establishment told them) so when they see young people carrying sickle and hammer flags attacking conservatives and shutting down free speech it freaks them out.

There was no "Roman Catholicism" until 90 years after Poland was founded

966 - aka the CHRISTIANIZATION of Poland... not as in depth as the book above (ill have to buy it on amazon today as im interested in this) but a short summary:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christianization_of_Poland

The Christianisation of Poland[1] (Polish: chrystianizacja Polski)[2] refers to the introduction and subsequent spread of Christianity in Poland.[3] The impetus to the process was the Baptism of Poland (Polish: chrzest Polski), the personal baptism of Mieszko I, the first ruler of the future Polish state, and much of his court. The ceremony took place on the Holy Saturday of 14 April 966, although the exact location is still disputed by historians, with the cities of PoznaƄ and Gniezno being the most likely sites. Mieszko's wife, Dobrawa of Bohemia, is often credited as a major influence on Mieszko's decision to accept Christianity.

But ya theres a good chance he did it for political reasons - including marriage which was seen as a political military type of union back in those times. A member of one royal family would marry the member of another thus solidifying an alliance.

News / Austria's swing to the far right on Poland? [229]

Okay Lyzko,

So basically there's various groups scattered throughout mainly Central and Eastern Europe that would be considered 'far right' by more left leaning critics. Such groups include Pegida, Golden Dawn, AfD, English Defense League (which has many Poles in it actually), Worker's Party (Czech), Sweden Democrats, Ruch Narodowy, Narodowe Odrodzenie Polski, Fidesz, Jobbik (kind of defunct now) with Austria having FPO (Freedom party). Some more successful than others - some with little or no parliament seats and elected politicians - some with a dominant majority in their country's politics. These smaller very far right groups tend to ally with more dominant established groups like the narodowcy tend to vote PiS/Kukiz in Poland for example. All these groups do intermingle and communicate - especially the various Pegida and Identitaire groups. Amongst V4 nations and Ukraine, the 'far right' is a HUGE movement. We not only have our political parties, but also social establishments, civil corps, and our paramilitaries have been incorporated under the government answering to the Interior and/or are part of national guard. In Ukraine especially with groups such as Azov and Svoboda being the leaders and strongest. They run everything from military camps, to kindergartens, to youth groups, to the parliament and deputy positions. The leaders of this movement are especially interested in the idea of Intermarium. This movement has gained a lot of prominence in Ukraine and has attracted those in the far right to gain on Ukraine's experience. Academics, historians, soldiers, students, professors, lawyers, politicians, from all over Eastern Europe recently came to a conference discussing Intermarium. High level preliminary discussions between Ukraine as well as other countries took place at this conference. Poland is now incorporating the 'weekend warriors' into their territorial defense and national guard. There are over 120k paramilitaries who train every weekend and receive a small 120 zloty stipend or something like that for every weekend they come out and train. They are meant to be called up should a Russian invasion occur. Many of these 120k paramilitaries are also members of groups like the narodowcy but many too are a bit more centrist and lean towards PO. Nonetheless, they are all patriots willing to lay their lives down for Poland and because of that they are all welcome and it is an honor to be with them.

As more Europeans become concerned with issues like the migrant crisis, failed socialist policies established by Merkel and politicians like her, and a rise in patriotism and identity, there are more and more people joining the ranks of the right every single day. This is no difference in Austria than it is in Poland or Ukraine, etc. - it's just at different levels. While in Germany there aren't groups like Azov or paramilitaries integrated into the territorial defense, there are powerful political groups like AfD which performed FANTASTICALLY at the last elections. They will be a thorn in Merkels side. More and more people are now seeing that there is masses of like minded individuals and they don't have to hide anymore. It's okay to love your country and your culture. It doesn' tmake you a racist or an evil person.

Anyway, because E and C Europeans have long held more patriotic, 'identitiaire' sort of views long before the current state of politics this has only affirmed their strength and support. Hence, people like Obran and his Fidesz being very popular in Hungary just as PiS remains more popular than any other party in Poland. In Czechy, Austria, etc. society at large doesn't lean as far to the right as perhaps Poland and Hungary, but they too nonetheless are very weary of the issues facing Germany, France, etc. They don't want their culture to be destroyed and to have to deal with terror attacks. They don't want the needs of citizens to be forgotten so that new comers who don't even speak the language and many who don't even plan to work or assimilate can be helped. They aren't interested in this kind of stuff.

That's kind of how it is in Austria. Organizations like Pegida and Identitaire have groups in just about every single European country - including Austria. These groups cooperate with others like FPO which is the dominant right (arguably far right) party in Austria. Here's some recent news I found - it sounds like they're kicking a$$ there. Lets also not forget that when Italy threatened to send 100k migrants up north Austria said they'd deploy the military and refuse to let them cross into Austrian territory.

The one unfortunate thing is that many of these hard right parties still continue to scapegoat Jews. It is most likely because of the many Jewish politicians who tend to lean left - both in Europe and US. Hypocritically, they are oftentimes also Zionists. These Jewish politicians often though don't look out for the interests of the normal, everyday ordinary Jew living in Europe. That is one thing that the far right parties need to understand. The 'Jews' in government that they hate so much have screwed over not just them but also their Jewish neighbors next door. Like Putin said - It's good to have Jews around - it's like a form of insurance. Due to the fact that education is very highly regarded in Jewish culture and religion, it is natural that many Jews go on to more 'white collar' sort of jobs - which include politics. These parties really should consider allying with more right-wing, conservative Jews as the British Defense League or whatever they're called have done - at least at the high levels. Unfortunately though, such an alliance would dismay most supporters of such far-right parties.

News / Poland on course to end European winter/summer time [19]

I just don't like it being dark at like 16 17 in the winters. Otherwise it's whatever...

It's not that difficult to adjust your clock or cell phone to add or subtract an hour. But when you have complex machinery, robots, super computers, running on some specific formula or algorithm or something in which time is a factor or if you're running an operation on JIT (just-in-time) principles the time switch is a pain in the butt.

News / Austria's swing to the far right on Poland? [229]

@spiritus

Yes that's among the issues. But they gotta start somewhere.. Fidesz and pis may be even considered far right in other more western societies like France UK us Canada etc. Yet there they are seen as center right while groups like the narodowcy are more far right and reactionary

Lyzko I'll write thus later itll be a lot easier to do this from laptop than cell phone : /

News / Austria's swing to the far right on Poland? [229]

@Lyzko

There is a growing cooperation with various far right parties from the nations of europe. Sort of like the international socialists or whatever its called and other political alliances although of course the right parties are far smaller younger and less clout but are def burgeoning and are beconing a force due to a shift in populism and nationalist. I'll tell u more about it tomorrow and go into detail with the various parties around europe esp central and eastern europe along with their allies, ideological similarities, etc as i know quite a bit on this topic. Its already 11 here and I gotta be up at 5

Language / Polish language would look better written in Cyrillic Script? [212]

But the thing is that Polish has been traditionally written in the Latin alphabet and so were the oldest known written Polish sentences.

Of course. I am agreeing with that especially due to Poles' strong historic connection to Rome which was formalized in 966 - over a thousand years ago.

Love / How do Polish men feel about gender equality? [780]

@rozumiemnic

I'm just using that as an example of fairly lower paid job. Social workers are educated but unfortunately underpaid - regardless of whether they're male or female. Plumbers take actually even up to 6 years of school and training int he US and just yesterday I read an article about a cute young ditsy 19-20 year girl old going into the field. I doubt she'll make much different than a male plumber as she starts going through being a journeyman, apprentice, etc.

There's people who even studied social work, art, criminal justice, or even law and are waiters in fancy restaurants because they'd make more than in whatever field they studied.
