....hmmmm....if you put it this way, one could make a case for all of this war being an ukrainian guerilla war against invaders!
They can't truly compete at eye-level with the big, modern, long time prepared russian army, can't they....and the western support is not the best nor the most stable, probably never will be.
But it could very well be that this is the way of things to come for Russia, even if there might be a treaty or two in the meantime...the Ukrainians are hardy tough guys, used to crawl the mud, the Wehrmacht can tell you some stories about it.
And again the same question...endless guerilla war fired up by endless hostility becoming an endless drain on Russia, maybe for decades....is it really worth it?
