Polonia / What do Poles think of how they are treated in Germany, in comparison to the Muslim migrants [181]

I think your problem is you are importing the trash of Syria, Libya, Pakistan, etc. Trash is trash - anywhere in the world.

....of course....I wasn't born that way....in the GDR we were even groomed to support the PLO and their " freedom fight".

No...its totally a recent development, thanks to the **** we let into our Heimat...and frankly I don't see any way back....every attack...every rape...every murder by one of them here makes it worse!

I better take my leave now, not to sour the mood even more...'night all!

Interesting link Bobko....did you read it at all?

...In the West, most far-right political parties have generally thrown their weight behind Israel in recent years.

At a conference in Spain in early May, hosted by the Spanish far-right Vox party, representatives of several ultra-nationalist political movements gathered to hear Israel's minister of diaspora affairs, Amichai Chikli, describe the fighting in Gaza as "an existential battle for the future of western civilisation against radical Islam".

Far-right support for Israel is nothing new, feeding off nationalist fear-mongering about non-white immigration and Muslims while seeing the Israeli state as the vanguard of their own struggle....

....not that this is an objective source with real facts in the first place!

Polonia / What do Poles think of how they are treated in Germany, in comparison to the Muslim migrants [181]

represents a true 180 in far right views.

In case you have forgotten...

It hadn't been the western far right dancing on the streets, giving out free baklava to bypassers, as the first images about the murdered babies and destroyed bodies of raped women had been shown by the TV stations.

And I dunno about the US but in Germany it's the left taking to the streets along side their Pali friends, screaming "from the river to the see..." what would mean nothing else but the annihilation of Israel...no far rightist in sight!

....frankly I doubt that at all....which USian would ever forget 9/11....no one with any patriotic bone in his body, I very surely guess!

You'd rather they swore insincerely on a religious book they don't believe in?

I for sure wouldn't want to be governed by someone who sweares on the Quran in the first place....whats next? Ramadan-holiday? Halal-food? Hijabs for the school girls?
Official support for the Hamas terrorists?

oooopsie....

Not exactly role-model material anymore! Especially since muslim societies tend to be/to become very strict mono-cultures themselves!

..the far right...has become almost completely Pro-Palestinian.

Any links?

led them into an awkward alliance with Israel.

....I guess you can call the Holocaust "awkward"....

Na ja....Michel Friedman has said he will pack his bags should the AfD come to power....looks like he canceled himself from any meeting?

Even as I think such a meeting would be interesting:

...Friedman also mentioned radical Islam, which has also grown larger and more aggressive. "It has threatened the Jewish community in its daily lives since October 7, 2023, at the latest. Furthermore, left-wing extremism has attached itself to this very violent movement." This is also evident at universities, in schools, and at anti-Israel demonstrations.

If Jewish students have to fear entering campus, this is no longer acceptable. "I find it appalling how many university administrations have allowed this," Friedman told the "Weser Kurier."...

juedische-allgemeine.de/politik/die-israelische-demokratie-ist-eine-sehr-viel-vitalere-als-die-deutsche/

....it looks like many former progressive/left wing Jews are in a pickle right now.....the western Left is ready and willing to throw them under the Hamas-bus, but now its mainly the right wing movements likes "We stand with Israel" on X who truly support them....what to do...what to do?

....in Germany it had been always the radical Left embracing muslim/Pali/Hamas - terror!

Not for nothing Pali terrorists chose Munich for their Olympic massacre...they always had firm friends with the german RAF, training and educating them...

landshut77.de/en/background/left-wing-terrorism

adst.org/2015/03/targeted-by-germanys-red-army-faction/

In Germany only leftists would hang Pali flags into their windows and scream "Juden raus"!

Sanctions against Israel are a fatal signal

afdbundestag.de/sanktionen-gegen-israel-sind-fatales-signal/

....Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and has the inalienable right to self-defense-especially against the terror of Hamas in Gaza and the West Bank. Anyone who stabs Israel in the back at such a critical time indirectly strengthens Islamist forces and endangers both the stability of the entire region and the fruitful German cooperation with the Israeli high-tech and arms industry. The AfD parliamentary group stands firmly by Israel's side and calls on the German government to clearly oppose unilateral sanctions at the EU level and instead act in its own country's interest, as Hungary is doing under Viktor OrbĂĄn....

...its from their own website!.....and what now?

It seems they are split on this....similiar like the point about Putin and the Ukraine war...

(and indeed doing so would be directly be against our interest).

For everyone wanting to keep out the AfD, keeping out the unwanted immigrants is for sure in their interests.

And no you always talk from the point when they are already here....with cutting the pull factors they will no longer come! There won't any longer children to school or adults to treat...that is the main point. Those here, acknowledged, allowed in after a thoroug process...they will for sure get what they need. You won't even need more border guards if it becomes known there is nothing more to grab for free in Germany!

It seems that mixing up things is not only with the two of us a problem...

Halle has been only a few years ago... .

hmm...really no argument for a Berliner who lives with these violent anti-semitic demos nearly every week....and no, you don't find rightists beside these jew-haters!

So spare me!

And thats a point the AfD can make, with them in a ruling coalition, there would be no cutting off support for Israel!

PS: And if you now want to play that "Israel criticism is no anti-semitism" - game then I'm out!

sign in the shop window is a centrist or on the left.

....you know how you can see that?

In Germany 2025 its quite easy.....just imagine it would had been a rightist....even worse....an AfD sympathizer! Now what a huge ball of outrage would storm the land....the media would be full of it....politicians and celebrities of all sorts would scream for punishment....you would hear their screaming day in day out....

(even you Jon, posted that pic in the "hope" that shop owner would be a bad Nazi, right?)

But hey....now that shop owner is just a "poor confused soul who just chose a wrong way to convey a justified, rightful support for the poor poor poor muslims in Gaza...yeah...it was a small error...he won't do it again...can we talk about something different now please?"

Now you know that was a leftist!

Didn't take long, did it...

Yeah....one of the worst....leftist anti-semitism....packed as "anti-Israelism", if there exists truly such a thing!

ndr.de/nachrichten/schleswig-holstein/antisemitisches-plakat-in-flensburg-mehr-judenhass-in-sh,regionflensburgnews-776.html

It seems Leftist like a special kind of immigrants....muslims.....hence why they want to keep them coming...they can then hate Jews together!

Another good but rightist argument to keep muslims out on the whole...Germany with its history is just the totally wrong country for them to want to immigrate here!

Polonia / What do Poles think of how they are treated in Germany, in comparison to the Muslim migrants [181]

....now we know why we need to keep the EU!

Turkey's application will fail: EU refuses to protect doner recipe

The application by the Turkish doner kebab association Udofed from Istanbul was an attack on the approximately 18,500 doner kebab shops in Germany. It would have meant the end of the popular dish in its current form. But now all kebab fans can breathe a sigh of relief....

....and why the Döner (not kebab you ****) tastes so much better in Berlin!

...Three years ago, the Turkish association submitted an application to the EU to register doner kebabs as a
"guaranteed traditional specialty." The problem: The doner recipes listed in the application are completely different from those used in Germany. All doner kebabs would then have to be produced according to strict Turkish standards - or they would no longer be allowed to be called that.

They were fortunate to have a country nearby that accepted them

Because they did not see a future for themselves there.

....especially as they were Germans, till 1945 common german citizens.....real refugees!

You are not seriously comparing them to some afghan, syrian or north african immigrant, don't you?

But if they are stuck in tents for years, with no job opportunities, no chance for their children to even receive a basic education, no chance of integration and no realistic perspective of returning to their home, they'll consider leaving.

....or not coming in the first place!
No pull factors = no illegal immigration from far away countries!

Can we close this case now?

News / Germany's Socio-Political Climate and Its Impact on Poland [122]

That is simply not going to happen.

You know what that implies? KONTROLLVERLUST!

That our gov has no longer the full control over something so important as the borders of our nation!

That is so dangerous, Tacitus. A gov, any gov, which just shrugs and says "we can't" is no longer a gov people trust. If they already lost the control about who comes, who stays, who leaves (or doesn't leave) what else have they no longer the control over?

The AfD is only the main symptom, not the reason for any of this!

If you live in a refugee camp in Libanon,

Thing is my grandparents didn't chose to travel to Libanon, as they had to flee Breslau...neither did the MauerflĂŒchtlinge which were lucky not to be shot!

Most of the "pull factors" we have like education and basic healthcare

Again, you are mixing up true refugees and immigrants!

A true refugee is grateful for the barest necessities...a bed with a roof over his head, daily bread, peace and the hope to go back one day!

An immigrant wants the education, the money, the free healthcare....he will walk half the globe for greener pastures!

Thats one of the many german failures....treating immigrants with our law of asylum!

Honestly, even if you reduced everything to bed, bred and soap for rejected refugees, they still wouldn't leave.

THEY wouldn't, because they can't and we wouldn't force them...they are real refugees!

The immigrants on the other hand would run!!!

the first reaction of many East Germans was not to try again, but to leave the country in such large numbers, that the GDR built a wall.

....yeah....similar to all the Germans ethnically cleansed by the victors of WWII from their lands and homes....

....The fundamental right to asylum, developed in the discussions of the Parliamentary Council in 1948/49, was a reaction to the expulsions from the "Third Reich" and thus marked a symbolic distancing from the Nazi past. Furthermore, it demonstrated to the three Western occupying powers the recognition of the human rights regulations established after the Second World War, particularly with the founding of the United Nations. However, another aspect was even more decisive: the members of the Parliamentary Council assumed that the majority of those who could claim asylum in the West would come from the Soviet occupation zone....

bpb.de/themen/migration-integration/kurzdossiers/224641/wie-ist-das-asylrecht-entstanden/

Without the millions of GERMANS fleeing the soviet zone of occupation, who knows if that special german law of asylum would exist at all....

Ukrainians are no more or less "real" refugees

Germany can't be the saviour of the world....if we can keep our neighbourhood in order then that alone is alot to stem....right now we can neither, its time to set our priorities right.
We are no rich, well functioning country anymore....you are afraid of a rising AfD? Then why are you insisting to carry on all these things which make the AfD bigger and bigger?

German laws and EU laws are not set in stone....when they stop working or even worse have unwanted outcomes, they need to be changed, adapted or thrown in the bin.

Either the actual ruling parties do it...or the AfD does it....there is not much time left to chose!

how are countries supposed to keep them when they really want to access German welfare?

PS: I like Maf's question....but you know the only answer to that don't you, Tac?

The only way is for Germany to cut out the "pull factors"....no more huge social benefits for every newcomer plus clan....only a bed and daily bread....the usual, nothing more.
No longer a reason to travel half the world, wandering through dozens of already safe-third-Countries....

So some Germans are less equal than other Germans.

My English sucks I know...bear with me!

Just a summary to convey it maybe better....

Nearly half of the citizen's allowance recipients in Germany do not have a German passport. At the end of 2024, approximately 2.6 million people without a German passport received citizen's allowance, which corresponds to almost 48 percent of all recipients, according to the Federal Employment Agency. This proportion has increased significantly in recent years.

....I have to take a break here....till later, guys and gals *waves*

What is that? 'Bio-Germans' is a new term for me.

Yeah....I was abit puzzled as I heard it the first time too, its quite new! Ostensibly the choices had been:

"native" - Germans and

"already living here for a long time" - Germans.

I've read the Turks came up first with Bio-Deutsch to differentiate us to those with "Migrations-Hintergrund" like them. And it won clearly....its becoming an easy self-description, compared to those "passport-Germans", especially as it gets easier and easier to get a passport....just that doesn't make you a German anymore!

Are all Germans not equal there?

No! Alone the fact that some Mohammed freshly in (plus his following 250people clan), not one day working, no language, gets the same high social benefits as someone who labored hard his whole life shows clearly that the gov cares alot less about the "schon lÀnger hier lebenden", but shoves all the money we no longer have into their backholes for free!

Thats discrimination!

The other 65 million people in the country did not attend a silly march.

Frankly I was abit shocked as I heard and saw these numbers! Conservative, rightists are not prone to take to the streets, you know....we are not the loudly gathering and plan demonstrations kind...that has always been a forte of the Leftists.

That now still that many took to the streets should be a clear warning to the gov in London...the support, the anger, the frustration should be even much bigger than the number of protesters had been.

Like with the Titanic and the iceberg....the captain didn't acknowledge/ignored the much bigger mass under the sea surface, so that big ship sunk!

Who's we?

The great majority of us Bio-Germans! (plus some already well integrated non-german Europeans!)

...Seventy-one percent of Germans believe that immigration from predominantly Muslim countries poses a significant security risk for Germany. Nine percent disagree, and 20 percent did not provide an answer....

bild.de/politik/ausland/politik-ausland/brisante-umfrage-das-denken-die-deutschen-ueber-islamische-zuwanderung-85778594.bild.html

...and that was 2023....you can bet these numbers have soared!

Nobody is afraid of fascists.

All fascists? All 110.000 of them?
