News / Poland in the European Union. Polexit? [559]

If 93% voted to reject the 115 why is there even a discussion? People said we don't want em - plain and simple. So what more is there to discuss? Lemme guess, now they'll keep pressuring the townspeople to at least take a significant chunk out of the 100.

Life / How do Polish people treat their animals? [33]

More for muskies, shark, etc. Very common in Europe especially France back in the day.

Here is a video of fisherman using a kitten to catch shark. Generally this isn't practiced anymore though.

Life / How do Polish people treat their animals? [33]

Yea its sad. All the time i see dogs chained up their whole lives or inside a wire kennel without even clean water much less food. Its been that way for years its a part of the culture in the countryside. Back in the day fisherman would even use kittens as bait.

Atleast dog fighting isnt very common in pl tho

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

it's about being able to go about your everyday lives, about going to a shop to buy groceries or to a cafe to drink some coffee with your friends without the fear of getting a round of bullets

Exactly, which is why many people chose to arm themselves due to all the crime here and to feel safe. If some people want to legally carry a gun, such is their right whether US or Poland as long as they pass the criteria. If they chose not to carry or own a gun that's their option too. That's what freedom is about - having options.

is that regular people usually stay away from neighbourhoods where there are some kind of gang wars going on

These areas occupy half the city. So basically you'd have to avoid the entire west and south side which is impossible for people living, working, or even visiting friends/family in these areas.

And actually, if we're going by mass public shootings from 2009 to 2015, Norway is at the top of the list as it has the highest death rate per million by mass shootings and occurrence of mass public shootings per million. US isn't even in the top 18 if we're going by that statistic

crimeresearch.org/2015/06/comparing-death-rates-from-mass-public-shootings-in-the-us-and-europe

This shows 40 more people died from mass shootings in the EU (140 more if going by all of Europe) than in the US from 2009 to 2015 - the years measures in this study

crimeresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Screen-Shot-2017-11-01-at-Wednesday-November-1-12.30-AM.png

So stats can be twisted anyway possible. This makes Norway appear far more dangerous than US and indeed the statistics show that you're more likely to be killed via mass shooting in Norway than US - which doesn't even make the list.

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

Well in my particular area, the main people who own guns legally are homeowners, moms, dads, cab drivers, off duty cops firefighters soldiers etc. And use them for home security/self defense mainly due to the ridiculous amount of illegal guns. The homicide stats not just in chicago but all over the us are driven not by legal gun owners but illegal ones. For every 20 kids that die in a mass shooting, theres hundreds of mainly black and hispanic male gang members who both kill and are killed and its not just chicago.

If you want these gun owners to get rid of their guns and not have such a drastic personal and home security measure, which is a huge chunk of owners esp concealed carry, get rid of the illegal guns and drive down the homicide rate. Then we can live like in poland where people feel.safe and generally do not feel the need to own guns esp.for self defense. Hunters and sport shooters will always exist amd thats generallt a hobby for a small population. The average person buys a hundgun for defense though not hunting. But no one has succeeded in doing that because theres so many illegal guns.

The political bs behind this shooting is just a distraction of the left. Theyll never admit that statistically mass school shootings are a fraction of total homicides. Thats because the peiple driving rhe homicide rate are mainly the same nationalities race etc as their base - black and brown. Well anyone can look up fbi stats to see which demographics are driving up the homicide rate - but no its not conservative whites. However when the left has a white kid shooting up a school ita an easy way to whip.up their brainwashed base which has lost all touch with reality, facts, statistics, logic. They only care about feelings and emotions.

News / Israel opposing potential new Polish law to criminalise term 'Polish death camps' [1539]

@mafketis

I saw Auschwitz for the first time when i was like 10 or so. Its frightening but if i could handle it as a preteen so can others. Thats the problem with the world today especially with men. Being an effeminate tight jean wearing hispter who talks about their feelings and cry about bs

And yes the israeli teens act as if they own the place and wander around in poland acting like they own the place. Theres been numerous reports of israeli teens acting like q bunch of pr1cks and terrorizing older poles. Its disgusting. Naturally you won't hear about it from zionist owned media but atleadt a few polish politicians have the cajones to tell it like it is whenever israelis come to poland

Better yet, they dont have to come. If they dislike poland so much and have a problem with our version of historical events they can easily stay put or visit other countries. Yet israel, as pis says, is doing whatever they can to maintain a monopoly on the holocaust and ww2 suffering

News / Israel opposing potential new Polish law to criminalise term 'Polish death camps' [1539]

@TheOther

The person and organization are two different things. Their mission statement clearly spells out Zionist principles.

All foreign media that negatively portrays Poland and damages its sovereign interests ought to be appropriated with wyborcza first on the list

Crow the last time poles tried negotiating with Jews on the future of Poland hundreds of thousands of poles ended up shot, deported to Siberia, put in prison, etc. They cant negotiate with Poland directly and like usual since they're too pu$$y to act on their own they run to their aipac bought and paid for goy politicians in the us to do the dirty work for them - whether its to get away with massacring Lebanese college kids, bombing Palestinian hospitals, starting another war in the middle east, or this time Poland. Its just too bad that trump got so entangled with NYC Jews that it clouds his America first vision. As long as aipac exists, congressmen and senators are allowed to keep dual us Israeli citizenship it will remain Israel first, America second.

Theyll probably import economic migrants from a totally distant culture. And just like the other cucked nations who did the same, ireland too will have to spend decades and billions providing food, housing, schooling and phamplets that tell the newcomers they cant simply grope and rape women. Even though they could learn from the polish example which dealt with aging population amd need for workers by taking in people from a similar culture that actually want to work and not que for freebies

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

Poland doesn't want a gun culture like the US. There are legal owners who have weapons for hunting, sport, and self defense. The process is similar to the US but a bit more stringent especially if self defense is the purpose. However, militia movements have a long history and then generally weapons are stored at the base not at home. There are thousands of people in militia and gun registrations are slowly increasing but nonetheless the rate of ownership is rather low both by world and European standards. Poland doesn't have the high crime rates that the US does so people don't feel the need to have a concealed carry. There's a lot of crazies in Poland, but there's a hell of a lot more in US and even places like France, Germany, Sweden, etc. where I believe more people esp women should be given access to guns as a response to the numerous instances of rape, muggings, knife attacks, etc.

I hope berscolini wins

Legia nord and the camp are legit too

Poland would prolly get along great with him bc hes taking a tough stance. Right now italys complaining that polamd isnt taking their fair share. We can take some that are educated hard working and willing to assimilate but not just a bunch of random people. Poland prefers to provide border security as a show of solidarity but thay doesnt get talked about in media

Yea but a lot of people now have concealed. And if they came to chicago i could easily show them our wild west hahahahaha. N liberals want to take guns from homeowners living in those areas who legally carry. They claim to be all about dicersity inclusion helping the poor man yet its mainly people forced to live in really bad areas along w those in the countryside amd suburbs who mainly have guns. Plus theres a big ass sticker almost everywhere you go which shows you cant bring your concealed inside.

@ironside

Territorial defense is suppose to get thw new msbs rifle to my understanding. Theyre gradually using more and.more nato standards with 5.56. I believe all the polish guns are primarily made in radom. Ive always liked eastern european guns over german and american. Theyre more reliable and simple imo. My first gun was a czech 22 rifle and ever since then esp for rifles ive preferred polish russian yugo bulgarian and czech guns. Ukraine is now making a mashup of the ak and ar but it looks silly lol

@Chemikiem

In reality crossbows are easily purchased with no id at numerous stores

@johnny reb

Poland uses a 5.56 modernized ak the tantal and beryl. The new territorial militia uses a polish rifle more similar to the AR15.

I think 7.62 is a better round. Ak over ar all day.

Shotguns are popular and every once in a while you can cop a beautiful coach gun off an old dude. A lot of poles hunt pheasant ducks etc

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

The current law in my state, and each state differs, is you cant have any stays in mental institutions for 5 years. Same with drug offenses you cant have more than 2 within 5 years if you want to carry a gun. It seems silly bc a person could simply wait that time out or go to a state where he has no mental health record and obtain a gun. However if that person plans on using that gun to kill people or commit a mass shooting, hes not going to let some pesky paperwork or a waiting period stop him. He or she would just go buy an illegal gun.

Same w that adam lamza guy. He had mental problems and couldn't get a gun but was dead set on shooting people up so he killed his mom and stole her ar15. Now thats not the moms fault.

Ill tell you though, both illegal and legal gun owners wont be turning in their guns. Many rednecks would rather shoot it out than give up their legally owned firearm.

Even aussies so called success didnt eliminate guns. Yes shootings are down but according to several sources theres still hundreds of thousands of illegal unregistered guns.

You ban guns people will just skirt the law. Theres very little laws against manufacturing guns at home and theres no law saying you have to register them or anything.

If someone wants to cause mayhem theyll do it whether its with a legal or illegal gun, a car, a knife whatever. We see this in europe all the time. Now you have somalis throwing grenades at people. This wasnt a major problem before the migrant crisis. Should poland ever face a similar situation i guaruntee youll see ownership rates skyrocket. Even now theres 5k new registrations a year so legal ownership is gradually increasi f

Also instead of arming teachers, which yes some people may not be comfortable with, why dont schools just implement security procedures in order to get in. We had security officers and usually an armed cop too at tye entrance and had to pass through metal detectors when i went to school in the hood. There were a lpt of fights but nevet a shooting in the school and this was a school where there were tons of gang members

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

@delphiandomine
Of course its messed up. Id much rather live in a society where i have similar economic opportunities without having to deal with the extreme levels of homicides. Even worse the vast majority of them arent solved. Its like when a tree falls in a forest does it make a sound? Well in chicago when someone murders a person, will he or she get arrested? More than likely not

Thats why i tell people here to be grateful they dont live in a place where theres a shooting literally every 2 mins, a murder every 15. Cops are useless and a concealed weapon wont automatically save ypu but it does make peopl3 feel safer and more confident esp women who use the subways and public transportation or drive through or live. In bad areas.

Good. Screw Trudeau. Like Trump said - no more stupid deals that screw over Americans. On day 1 Trump cancelled TPP - that saved so many blue collar workers' jobs. It would've been another NAFTA

Yeah, but media won't go crazy about this story... it won't be all over CNN calling for gun control.

Wanna know why?

The suspect is a 19-year-old black male

No white guy, no AR15, no liberal push for more gun control....

Just watch

Pepper spray/mace/tear gas isn't effective against people who are use to it. But the other items - no problem.

ME meaning Middle East... You can't really be a migrant to a country you're already a citizen of.

Military alliance is one thing, business is business

The smart money was shorting foreign steel yesterday

Doesnt matter, 75% of Poles do not want migration from me or africa. Call us racist, xenophobic, nationalist whatever whatever. We don't care. Atleast we wont have any islamic terrorism. Personally if someone called me a nationalist i take it as a compliment.

As the saying goes, sticks and stones will break my bones but names can never hurt me.

@dolnoslask

Youre better off making a dazzler out of a floodlight circuit board and led lights. Costs about 12 bucks but the reaction of an attacker is priceless. Theyll laugh at you for whipping out a flashlight and say last chsnce before i turn it on. They laugh but you turn it on and within seconds you can make a small group og attackers immediately collapse and starting puking violently and sh1tting their pants, literally. Best, and probably the funniest non lethal self defense. I did it once to myself to make sure it works and you literally lose control of your body and mind till its turned off. Your head starts spinning you have no ckue where you are and then as the spins get worse you collapse on your knees and start puking.

Home made tazers are effective too but only for close range. You can easily make one by manipulating a disposable camera. But its one time use so you better make sure you connect before you push the pictuee button.

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

Encouraging people is one thing, forcing them or telling them what to do is another. Again isnt freedom about having different options? I dont want to change the laws but if a person wants to buy a gun to me thats up to them. I dont believe johnny or i or any american said polish laws should be changed. And even then thats up to polish citizens to decide. And i feel the polish laws are appropriate for the situation. Ill be fine i dont need a gun in polish society. But if my wife or gf wants one you bet ill pay for it. Hell ill pay for a pink glock if thats what she wants. Now i have my own lil security detail = )

Actually the rates of gun ownership is gradually increasing meaning an increasing amount of pokish citizens have decided they want a legal firearm. This could be a direct result of the war in ukraine or the muslim hordes

That's the beauty of democracy and freedom, but unfortunately so many people want to change that esp on the left. The beauty of the 2nd amendment is a person can choose whether they want to be a legal gun owner or not

@Atch

Correction i encouraged all european women to have a concealed carry - it is their option whether they want to or not. If i were a female living in malmo you better believe id be carrying some kind of weapon. I specifically also wrote since poland is safe therr really isnt a need for guns for self defense however the situation in france germany sweden is different for women

Its pathetic that a countru who prides itself as essentially thr birthplace of modern feminism and has so many women in positions have average local women scared to go outside their homes according to numerous swedish women.

Yeah Polish people esp on the right are onto his BS. But, I can see what he's doing and yes like atch said he is filling a niche role that Poland and PiS need. As much as I want Poland to be as independent and sovereign as possible, it's foolish to think we can just do away with US/British/Israeli/etc interests in Poland due to geopolitics, our military alliances, etc.

I remember my mom showing me a video of him like making a big event with some PL body builders to move headstones of Jews that were like in disrepair and moving them to a new spot. He's a showman, but not as constantly public like Trump - only when he needs to be. Otherwise he just ignores it which creates even more mystery amongst people. But its rather clear what his purpose and overall goal is

mon

I heard Jamaica is now getting on board with good bud. When I was there all they had was bush, some was a bit better but all of it was cheap. Like grocery bag for maybe 50 USD cheap. Now they apparently have something called ice or white ice which is sativa heavy outdoor
