I cringe at the realization of how many men have died because the US has sent all these weapons to Ukraine, knowing full bloody well that Russia is defending its homeland, and that it will win.

This combination of facts makes all those who, for a profit or to feel good, contributed to this mayhem worse than the Germans. They, at least, were either ordered or sincerely believed that the bad things they were doing were good for Germany. In that sense, Germans were patriots.
