I must have missed the school lectures about these Jews slaughtering unsuspecting german civilians during a Christmas market or the Oktoberfest...and taking and torturing and murdering hostages for years before then....

A good, much better comparison would be the firebombing of Dresden....the mass murder of german civilians for what and to end what the Nazis did....any complaints about that?

Ever heard of these Gulags? Lots of after-war-Germans who truly believed first they had been liberated and would be free now to build a better world, or who just didn't want to bow to the new red masters, ended up in these russian death camps, as they were nothing else. Not to mention the millions of Russians themselves over the decades....

Nazism killed alongside ethnic groups, Communism killed everybody with another opinion...

Thing is, you can't choose your ethnicity....but Communism broke whole peoples and made them to little grey mouses who only knew how to kneel and bow, shaking in fear!

Especially observing the german Left....they are nearly constantly talking about the Nazis and the fear of a return to the Third Reich (when people keep voting for the AfD)....seems like an obsession to me, kinda!

Totally forgetting/ignoring the decades of unjustice on german soil during the existence of the GDR at the same time....worthy a psychological study if you ask me!

Maybe it has less to to with the real scope of Evil...but with its own positioning in it....if the self-image comes out better in one or the other as in...*shrugs*

....I came to a different conclusion, Bobko....they are not that many, and most importantly you would not gonna be voted in as Chancellor with a for example Jehova's Witness - Background, just saying.

I remember them knocking on East-Berlin doors after the "Wende", but I never thought they made a big inroad into the german society, not even after 30+ years of trying.

The old ways have proven to be the most sturdiest, even surviving more than 40 years of communist brainwashing! Extremely conservative in its purest meaning! :)

Russian Orthodoxy is just as strange to them....
