Poland's demographic, migration & fertility rate disaster [34]
I bet millions of Ukrainians moving in, has not made it easier to find housing.
I know two families who had to move back to their home towns (Mława and Ostróda) because they could no longer afford the rent in Gdańsk (the rents went crazy after the Ukrainian deluge hit the Tricity).
And those statistics regarding living with parents don't take into account the fact that 68% of Poles overall own the houses/apartments they live in (compared to 46% in Germany). So, Poles live longer with their parents but then they get their own property whilst more than a half of Germans pay rent all their lives.
As for lower birthrates... well - that's most of Europe for you (apart from the migrant families). Ever decreasing role of the Church (for many reasons), consumerist culture, general dumbing down of the society, social media idiocy etc. The future belongs to Muslims - the follow the God's command to be fruitful and multiply whilst Catholics/Orthodox prefer buying another car, going on a trip to India and posting pictures on Facebook/Instagram, instead of having a child.
Oh, well - apparently that's what Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) decreed before the beginning of the world. :)
