News / Poles march against Mandatory poisoning by vaccines [202]

I don't see any problem when parents refuse vaccinating their kids. Just don't send them to the public schools, promise that you will pay when they get sick and we are done. And be ready to get sued by them later if they develop lasting complications. It's that simple. I love simple.

News / Poland's economics and education against the background of the world [27]

You want to take away a big chunk of profit from our colleges and make them even more expensive for our kids? Tsk, tsk...

No. It's the foreign students with boatloads of cash that bid up the prices.

Just look at the stats of who attends the US universities. Like Berkeley, Harvard, etc.

If our skools are krap, fiks them. If your kids were failing classes, would you hire a tutor or replace them with a couple Chinese geniuses who do algebra and play violins at the age of 3?

uts up barriers or disincentives to collaboration and incoming talent.

They may have a point.

In the US, with the immigrants and the H1-B's still pouring in, American kids know that competing with them while paying off student loans is going to be hard.

So they avoid going into STEM's. Then, the US corporations apply for more H1-B's. So the locals stay away from science and engineering even more.

In engineering, it's called positive feedback. Unfortunately, there is nothing positive about positive feedback. Avalanche is positive feedback.

If the US had brains, it would not allow any foreign students in, especially from the enemy countries like China, and stop all immigration.

I am not trolling. I mean it. The fact that I am an immigrant is irrelevant to the issue.

Love / What Do Polish Women Think Of French Men? [26]

You being French, black, white, brown or yellow don't matter mostly.

It does.

Falling in love is easy. Being in love is easy. Making a baby is easy.

It's the next 50 years together that's not easy if the fit is not there.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

"Nobody ever won a war by dying for his country. The only way to win a war is by making the OTHER son of a ***** die for HIS country!!"

My all-time favorite quote.

Which brings me back to "love". I am ready to put my life on the line to protect the 7 persons I love. I will never do this for a lake or a tree.

I think I can hug a tree

A warning: tree hugger is an insult here.

Your honesty is amazing. I am talking about this sentence: My mother and I had bad terms all her life, but we still talked and I cried when she died.

I was surprised that you would actually admit this here. I am not criticizing, just surprised.

I have seen my parents, myself, and my daughters as parents and the progress has been amazing. I could never compete with my kids as parents. My parents would get a C or 3 on the Polish scale. I would be B, barely.

Their preoccupation with themselves had a positive side, though. I learned to be independent and there were no tears on anybody when I was leaving.

A beautiful garden can give love back my refreshing your senses.

I like your posts so treat my responses as friendly.

"Love", in my opinion, occupies the top position on the scale of human emotions. Hate is at the other end, obviously.

In the US, by the frequency and context, we abused that word to the point that it's as meaningless as "hello" or "hi".

So here is an updated version of my super brilliant comment: I can "love" what I can hug and what can hug me back.

This clearly eliminated trees.

Love, like anything good, needs to be earned.

I can "love" what can love back. Not a requirement but a possibility. A lake will not love you.

Even when we "love" people, "love" used too often loses its weight and rank.

Life / What is Poland's view on obesity? How healthy, fit are Poles? [166]

The concept fat people tend to reject with extreme anger is the fat math as fat math is not debatable and it is immune to all the bs about age, metabolism, genes or bad childhood.

It goes like this: every 3500 unburned calories and you ass is getting a pound heavier. Period.

The scary part: if you add 100 calories a day to your intake, all else being the same, you will gain 10 pounds in one year.

Do it 5 years in a row and you be a fatso with 50 pounds of new fat on you.

Here is a real bummer: a bag of fries is 400 calories. Do the math.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

This is a quote from my book I wrote with the US and the Americans in mind.

The problem with dying for your country is that you don't have a country, as country normally means people united in common culture and language, defined borders, and a government composed of moral and patriotic men and women trying to do their best to assure sustainable prosperity for the governed.

After what you just read, if you still don't mind dying for the unsustainable, corrupt, and criminal mess the brainless American voters brought upon themselves, you are welcome to it, but don't expect anyone to be sad, grateful, or impressed if you do because nobody really gives a s***.

The above applies to any country. Poland included.

The concept of loving your country is part of the scam perpetrated by the ruling elites. With that concept firmly in place, convincing cannon fodder to be cannon fodder was made easy.

The logic being: if you love it you should be ready to die for it.

No, thanks.

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

People will only be governed as much as they want to be governed.

It's amazing how much we can say by doing nothing.

As a side thought: I always believed that God gave us the middle finger (actually two) for some reason. Now I know the reason.

so the lazy %$#& don't have to walk to get a bit of exercise.

Before she died, my MIL was in a nursing home where almost everybody was on wheelchairs. So I asked the head nurse what's up with that. She lower her voice and said: three quarters of them could but won't - for sympathy and because they quit walking. It was too much effort.

Fat people are the graffiti that eats and s****. Disgusting.

I know. And that is why normal and intelligent people prefer muscles.

There is more to being fat than the optics, health, and longevity. Every single fatso I saw in action at work was a problem. They could hardly get up and walk. They were disorganized. They would sweat all the time. Their breathing was scary.

And then the inevitable conclusion: if they cannot manage their lives, why would they be able to manage what they were supposed to at work?

Life / What is Poland's view on obesity? How healthy, fit are Poles? [166]

No, you are not - at least according to common sense.

The BMI tables do not account for the composition. Start pumping and watch your muscle-to-fat ratio get better and never mind the weight.

By those crazy BMI tables, Arnold was a fatso at 285 or so.

they eat too much and don't take enough exercise.

Eating - especially outside - and drinking are expensive. Both shorten life. Both make you feel like crap and act like a fool.

Exercize feels great during and after. Walking is a single, greatest, no-cost pleasure that actually prolongs life and allows us to meet people and see things.

These two choices are not even close.

Is there a correlation between fat and mentally weak?

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

I lovePoland because of its uniqueness

How unique is Poland?

BTW, your post is so poetic and dripping with love that you squeezed all meaning out of the word "love".

Americans abuse this word a lot. You just killed it. If you "love" everything, you love nothing.

I love exactly 7 people and myself. Few others I like and the rest I don't give a rat's rear end about.

Polonia / Which country is better SPAIN or POLAND [113]

Merged:

Spain saves over 500 migrants at sea

Europe is in a full blown fit of hate against itself. Luckily for Poland, welfare in Poland sucks and they don't need any more mathematicians and doctors.

I pray to God the US will never spend one American life to defend it again.

Today the kids are all palm talking or playing video games while sitting on their dead butts.

You are so right. It's so hard to get them off the couch and out for a walk. That is why I really dislike winters in Illinois. I just can't walk my 3 miles a day. LA Fitness bikes bore me to tears. Ten minutes max.

Back in the day youd never see men or women that are pushing 300 lbs plus

400 pound fatsos amaze me. I am 198 and 6. I work out. If somebody put 200 pound weight on me I would not be able to get up.

How do they do it?

Law / Weapons laws in Poland. Carrying a concealed handgun? [918]

To the guns-are-evil members:

How come nobody ever attacks police stations?

If you are lost and unable to answer: Because everybody is packing there, there are no trials or appeals, the penalty is death, and the execution is immediate.

I mentioned the last one to suggest that death penalty works and is a deterrent.

Women should have a right to do what they want

Did you notice how anti-gun women often hold guns when asked? With two fingers, by the barrel, and as far away as they can, like they would a dead rat.
